App is sooooooo slow and now won’t recognize my new email
I have been using this app for years now. You would think by now that it would be better. This app is still painfully slowwwwww, spinning spinning spinning or buffering. The only good thing about this app is that rewards are instant; you don’t have to wait days like with similar apps. I have a new myyahoo email that their system won’t accept. I have a lot of orders on that email that will go to waste because of it. When I contact support, I get a generic response that has absolutely nothing to do with what I need help with. Please for the sake of some of our sanity…speed this app up!!! There’s no reason for it to still be this slow after all these years. Also, by now you should be able to read/approve the receipt as soon as we scan it instead of us waiting for hours or days for approval. I am very grateful for this app because of the good rewards that do take quite some time to build up for. Have a nice day!!
