Not happy with new update
I’m really not happy with the new update and I can’t even find where to leave feedback on the supercell website so here I am.
The new update has made everything so much smaller. I can hardly see the ingredients a product requires when I go to make it, and whether I have enough. It is so difficult on my eyes and is making playing the game way more fatiguing for me. And I’m a young person with good eyesight! Before the update I would’ve given the game 4-5 stars. Now? Lucky I gave two. They have made it so much more difficult to play with the new update. I really need to them to change it back to bigger :(

the update is HORRENDOUS
ive been playing hay day for about 13 months now and it’s truly a game i play everyday and love it, its very relaxing compared to some games which want time pressured things. before todays update i really couldnt have asked for a better game, no matter what sort of day i was having it was always something that made me calmer. however, moving onto todays update and it’s SHOCKING. apps normally update 1 things here or there but today they’ve decided to upend the entire game and my neighbourhood hate it. firstly its become really childish with the icons having changed (the boat, train, town and the farm). when trying to make products it takes much longer to select an item to produce meaning you cant just pop into the game for 5 minutes to make sure your buildings are still running. you cant click on the top of your screen anymore to see what level you’re on, it now is on the left hand side of the screen and i doesnt tell you how many XP you have and how close you are to levelling up and its the same with visiting other farms, its not as easy to see when they need help which is really off putting and i think it might make people less likely to help out. honestly just please please reverse the changes its really unpopular and makes it difficult to use.

Would like to see a warehouse!
I have been playing this game for many years. I have read the other comments and ideas and agree with all of them. The one thing I would like to see is a warehouse for storing building items, expansion items, saws, etc. Expansion items take up a lot of room in the barn. Many require 90 or more of 3 items and then only give you 50 more slots in your silo, barn etc. That is a lot of items for very little return. I would also like to see a hardware store that building and expansion items could be purchased for coins. It would be a lot more fun if you were able to upgrade or expand buildings a little easier. I spend a lot more money on this game as I it is the only game I feel like I get any worthwhile return on what I spend. I would like to add here that I am retired and on a fixed income. I don’t have a lot of extra money to spend. I always hire Tom to help out my game. I don’t like the Valley season as it hasn’t been open in some time and I keep getting gas for it when I can’t use it. Seems senseless to me. It also takes forever to get the zoo animals and some of the farm animals that require tickets from the farm pass. That is the other thing I always purchase. The only reason I give this game 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the items I’ve listed. Thanks for the upgrades! Keep them coming!

So I guess it’s good if you want something to pass time?
Well hay day is quite boring if you want an active game, but if you want a time passer I’d recommend. It takes a long time to level up and there is a lot of waiting. That is the main reason. It doesn’t really represent a real farm. You don’t have to give water to the animals and they never get ill. You don’t have to water crops. It’s not fun when it takes maybe one and a half hours to level up and even more hours to harvest crops, collect milk, eggs, pork, and make a building. Please make valley and town unlock at a lower level. I just get bored being low level having to wait so long to be able to do much. Maybe make it unlock at level 15. I’m only like a level 12. It takes so long to level up, hence why I am asking you to do this. I mean it would be lovely to unlock those now. Up to you, after all your the ones who made the game. Please get back to me.

It’s so fun, but…
I really enjoy this game, but there are many things about it that fill me with rage! They really want to get your money. They make it extremely hard to acquire things (like vouchers) that are used to purchase things in the store (like animals and decor for your farm). There is also a specific type of voucher that are extremely rare to get without purchasing the Farm Pass which is a $4.99 pass that you have to purchase. I was considering purchasing the pass but then I found out you have to renew it each month, I’m not about to spend $5 each month! Another issue I have (that is very specific and promoted me to write this review) is that I just spent the majority of my coins to purchase a machine that is crucial to my game. I was ready to jump right it and start using it, but the machine will take one day and seven hours to build. I feel like real people could build that faster. The problem is that everything in this game takes so long. I understand things taking 30 minutes or even an hour, but I feel like anything over a day is extreme. I’m getting really sick of having to wait for things to be ready to use or plant. It’s a game and it really takes the fun out of it. Overall, this game has many fun aspects and I am slightly addicted! There are just things about it that frustrate me on the daily.

Animal Spawning
Dear Hayday Developers,
I love the game it’s absolutely amazing, there is always stuff to discover and explore and I love decorating my farm. I DO have ONE critique, and that is the naturally spawning animals (frogs, birds, foxes, etc). I have 2 ponds on my plot, I know they cause an increase in frog spawning, but I have a ridiculous amount of frogs near my riverside and basically a ridiculous amount of them scattered throughout my plot. So i would kindly ask if the developers could set up setting in the “Advanced Settings” Tab that could allow players to limit the amount of a certain animal spawning on their plot, or just not allow that animal to spawn at all, along with allowing players to remove all current naturally spawned animals on their plot (if they wish to do so, double tap confirmation would also be on this so players who like to collect the animals don’t accidentally remove them.) That is all I have to say, this doesn’t have to be added but I would definitely appreciate it, if it was added!

My favorite game of all time
I’ve been playing hay day off and on for about 12 years. I downloaded it when I was very young, forgot about it for about 4 years, then got back into it seriously about 6 years ago and spend about 3 hours each day on this app. As rediculous as that sounds it is litterally my favorite game in the entire world and I am not one who gets addicted to apps, I typically get bored, delete, and forget about them very quickly. Must download!!! My only idea would be to add more aspects to the game that make it so you can continuously play. For example, after I check in with my farm and spend about an hour starting up all my production machines, feeding my animals, checking in with the town, and then working on derby points and valley season, there is nothing left for me to do without waiting a certain amount of time. I would love if there was a section that somehow incorporated a small mini game per say that I could play endlessly/until animals are ready to be collected or production is finished. Thank you hah day!!!!!!!

A good game until you have a problem
This is a good game until you have n issue that involves i game issue or money issue. Reported issue and was directed to provide purchase info, this I did in detail as requested, the response, “we only supply limited support for this game”. The bottom line of this is I have sent $’s on in app purchases and then stopped playing for a period. Upon my return logged in using same details, and ha to start over from scratch, past expenditure benefits gone and when they re provided all detail requested, a they put it, to enable the problem to be resolved, the response is sorry “we only supply limited support for this game, w cant help”. Not good, not professional, not how you treat customers who spend money on you platform,could be viewed as. Rip off.

Great game just one problem…
I have been playing the game for quiet some time now. I understandt that the game is supposed to be slow paced and a game to play and then come back to when you don’t have any tasks to complete but it’s almost too slow. Now I great way to speed up the process of it is to lower the cost of hiring the boy who can bring items to you at a good cost. It currently costs 15 diamonds for one day of bring him, 60 diamonds for 5 days, and 100 diamonds for 100 days. Thats absurd! How can you expect a person to pay for all of those diamonds to then use it for that boy! He can only do a task for a few set of hours before it resets. Even then, you wouldn’t be able to get a lot of items out of it if you can be there each correct time. My point, lower the cost of using diamonds for the boy. Also, make it more accessible to get diamonds somehow. The achievements aren’t enough. Maybe like a watch an advertisement thing for once a day. Or put in a system of getting weekly or daily items and as the days go by the person can get some diamonds. Please take this into consideration. Pleas do!!

Banned my account
I’ve never written a review before but I don’t know how else to contact them and get an immediate response. I love hay day and have played it since high school. I stupidly used my school email address to set up the account and lost it when I graduated a few years ago. I set up a new account but was still curious if I could get my old account back. I contacted support through the app and they were super helpful at first. When I voiced concerns that I couldn’t find my past purchases from my old farm they bypassed my question of if there’s anything else I could do. They immediately banned me for 31 days for “trying to steal someone’s account”. I’m not some kid obsessed with the game so much that I want to steal someone else’s work. I’m an adult. I had my sister help me sign into the old Apple ID I used and now I have proof of my purchases. Since I’m banned, there’s no way to contact them until my 31 days is up. They don’t make it easy to contact them without being signed into the game. Would love someone to help me instead of accusing me of something I’m not doing. Thanks
Update: After my 30 day ban, I sent my receipts that I found to see if they would accept them. I’m now banned permanently. This is ridiculous, I did what they asked me but they couldn’t find what they needed and banned me. I would’ve left it if they told me they couldn’t find anything, but they just banned me instead.
