what’s wrong agnitus?
I purchased this a few years back for my grandson. Our 2 year old loves it, but although i have purchase the annual membership it keeps on asking for it. I reset the whole thing, now it asks to sign in again, I dont remember the password, but when I ask to reset it it send me to the app download in Itunes. Then to add insult to injury, I seems that I need to have online sync mode active in order to log in...but guess what I cant not even do that. Sorry, I love, love the app, but it seems that no one it caring for it at the tech end.Yael55
I wish they would keep updating
I love this app, especially as a teacher it gives such amazing data and the kids love playing it, I really wish that they would continue working on their promised updates and curriculum. Unfortunately it seems as though this game has been abandoned :(AlaskaChild

Unresponsive customer service
I do love the activities but I’ve been having technical issues getting my iPads to sync with the computer so I can print reports. I have emailed numerous times. No one ever responds. I also have questions about slowing some of the activities down for my special ed kiddos. Again no response! Maybe if someone actually reads these reviews they will finally contact me.Educate79
Terrible customer service
Inverse the last three months I have contacted customer service three different times and explained that I needed to have the account reset. We still do not have access to the account and the last two times no one has even taken the time to reply.David_tootall
Poor horrible customer service
I had paid them for a full year and the app wouldn’t let my child play any games kept us in locked mode. I tried contacting them and they do not reply or even refund your money. They play this game where the email fails to deliver, I had to contact Apple support to resolve the issue and they were great !. I would not recommend anyone to buy this app and waste their money. Very disappointed Agnitus team not a professional way to run a business!!!!witchs cat
Very disappointed
I purchased this app a few years ago and my child enjoyed it. He was in kindergarten at the time. I discontinued my subscription about 2 years ago. Recently I received an email on a discounted price for the app so I thought I'd give it a try again because my son enjoyed it but he is now in 3rd grade. I wanted some educational games for him. So after purchasing a lifetime subscription for $53 I'm very very disappointed and upset. This app still has him playing pre-k games and curriculum. This app should go by the child's age on what curriculum and games he should be playing. I'm very unhappy because I just spent $53 for nothing.Czecca

I paid for a lifetime subscription years ago only to find out they were still charging me. Tried to contact them and they won't return my email. Now I cannot even sign on. My kids are very disappointed.Molly Rahe Music
