We purchased an annual subscription and stopped working after a month. I contacted tech support and told me I do not have a paid account. WTH?? Stay away from this app and find something better. Trying to get a hold of apple for a refund.
  • Back then

I REMEBER LOVING THIS GAME AS A KID I LOVED IT,except my dad he hated how much you had to pay
  • I have to subscribe to play games

This is dumb and how did it happen?
  • Been waiting for them to fix bugs for a year

Just uploaded the new version and it still crashes when trying to online sync
  • From Lilly a rambunctious 4yr old

"Mom the game doesn't work, you need to fix it" in reguards to a division game that just force closes the app every time it tries to load, and she knows exactly which one it is also. I enjoyed the app way back when my kids were 1&2 but am struggling to want to keep the subscription going considering some of the games don't work. I also wish that there was a "daily activities" option so that there might be some direction in learning rather then my kids being able to always just pick random games. They know which ones require thinking vs just coloring or listening to a story. A daily activities option that had to be completed before free play would be very valuable in my opinion. Otherwise my kids love the app
  • Keeps my kids attn better than Frozen!!

I have 2 kids and my daughter's schoool was using this app in the classroom - the teacher was raving about it so we felt it was worth the $ investment to check it out. we started using it almst 6 months ago and its by far the most valuable app on our iPad! We love the new skills and games they add every month and I love that they have their own profiles that match each of my kid's learning level. we just bought 2 iPad minis for both of my kids (2 and 5) to help save us on our 24 hour trip to South America this summer! the only other thing that keeps their attention for as long as this app is Frozen!!! wxcept at least with this app - they are engaged learning something new every second they are on it. If you are looking for something that will actually teach your kids and keep them entertained - this is the best app to invest in.
  • Fees: FINALLY They are FAIR!!

    by PREVIOUSLY Upset Grandpa,
    1. To start: For those people complaining about having to pay for great Applications, GET OVER IT! 2. Nothing in life that is good, wholesome and worthwhile is FREE!
    3. To those who don't like the SIZE of the APP bing 3 GB on my iPad, that's a good thing. You can choose, however to NOT download the entire curriculum... The best games online take up even MORE storage than a puny 1GB that some are complaining about.
    4. To those who complain about the repitition... that's how children learn and IMPROVE through PRACTICE! You can't excell at ANYTHING without practice through repitition and making MANY mistakes along the way.
    5. In 2013 I was very upset at the changes made to your subcription service. Now that you've made it possible to get a LIFETIME SUPCRIPTION for only $50.0,0 as a flat rate one time purchase, (which I made) I'm again happy.
    6. I've since been very impressed y with your direction and excellent App Programming. I appreciate the ability to create, modify and follow curriculum design by/for each child .
Thankyou for all you do. and please ignore the baseless criticism of others.
  • A total scam!

We have been agnitus "customers" since the app first came out and everything was FREE! They claimed at that time that they would "always be free." When the app changed to a paid subscription plan, we had unlocked most of the games that you all now see in the paid version. All customers were promised we would keep previously unlocked skills. At that time, that was the case. I bought a subscription for a few months and my daughter liked it ok, but the skills in the paid version seemed to not build like they did before and I stopped getting email reports, so I let it cancel. Now, all of the skills that we had previously unlocked are locked and the company wants me to pay 79 dollars to get them back. This game is not worth that. Why would I pay 79 for skills and games my daughter has played for years? I've had this app on my devices since she was one! It is a scam!
  • Not an educational app

This app claims to be educational but it is clearly more focused on game features rather than the science of learning. The developer seems a lot more interested in gamifying everything instead of actual cognitive research. My impression is that this app introduces very basic reading and math concepts but adds multiple layers of mind numbing game features intended to entertain, rather than truly educate, young kids. There are many kids apps available that entertain while truly educating kids, using science instead of gimmicks. It is highly misleading to imply that this app has anything to do with IQ--I think this is patently false and a dishonest marketing ploy. Lastly, as others have already commented ad nauseum, many parents are better off not introducing this app to their kids at all because there is no real free model--another marketing gimmick. I am OK paying for truly educational apps, especially ones with the right amount of entertainment. This is just not one of them for me.
  • Just amazing

My 5 year old has been using this for the past few months and her teachers recently told us about her improvement in her reading! She was really struggling all year. we gave this to her and she'd play for up to an hour if we let her - but always - in the car, at night, in the morning!!! these games were so fun and her teacher said she is now where some of the top kids in her class are at in reading!!! We work with her with other activities to help her imprve but I really feel this app made the biggest difference in her reading skills - mainly because she wants to play it all the time!!
