Idmss update
Thanks for a Quality product that I have paid for and enjoyed for years without problem. Other than on previous update in my situation so it could’ve been the phone I found it necessary to click the home button and to shut down the app before I have push notifications this I could live with. But now on the latest update you have made a once useful app into a slow unreliable application favourites don’t work from the favourite button I used to have two sites on one favourites button and it will put it up up automatically when opening the app if it didn’t it was simply one push on the open video and it would open the last layout or click on favourites button then the saved favourite and video was displayed. Yes this can work on the new app but it’s in a different way but slow and unreliable. Idmss lite works fine is quick and I will try not to upgrade it please please can you fix this or can I have the old version back I am prepared to pay again

Updated app... still no landscape mode
The major feature I wanted for this updated app was support for iPad/iPhone landscape mode. I, like most humans, keep my iPad docked next to my computer in landscape mode, so it would be great if this app would let me see my cameras in that orientation. Alas, still no support for this, so I must tilt my head to see what’s going on. Ugh.

Unhappy
Very unhappy with this system . To me a security camera should give you peace of mind that it’s working all the time . I’ve only had it a couple of months and the notifications that some one is on my property have gone down twice without notice. I would never get this system again if I knew what a hassle it wAs and how unreliable it is . You can’t even identify who is on your property even if I know the person !!! Don’t buy . Do your research . I was a fool to trust the installer .

Better
Much needed better update, still a couple of problems to sort out but definitely a big improvement with this update.
I like the app
Very helpful in viewing ip camera over the internet. Easy to use and recommend it. I hope developer can add preset views. The more presets the better.
Since last update favourites don’t work
It normally does the job, new update looks better but favourites don’t open when you press the star then favourite name as the have since very early versions.

Favorites don’t work
The Favorite function doesn’t work. Even after the update today. It’s a pain to try and pull up all cameras quickly. I now have to use the light version of the app for favorites, and then use the Pro version for the alerts. This was a great app till they updated it and broke it.
Push notifications 0
This used to work just fine.
But now when I get the push notification and open it it no longer works!! It just goes to a default time and the notification can’t be viewed.
The notifications don’t even show in alarm manager anymore either.
Very frustrating when it used to work just fine.

Would like to schedule alarm push
I would like an option to schedule alarm push notifications.. for example we have a shop with cameras in it, I don’t want push notifications during business hours I only require it after hours when closed, please add this feature

I’m not sure why people are writing hateful reviews on this app, I love it! I personally have never had a problem and would recommend to anybody.
