Not working
After new update, it not connecting, when I try to connect, it showing fail to connect message
Getting annoying
It was always a pretty decent app. You do some programming and playback works well. Would be good if it always loaded up with a favourite view. Recently it’s always logging out so prompts you to log in and all the favourite views default which is very annoying
Good app
Works well for remotely viewing cameras. The push notifications could be better. I wish the notifications would send the image or video directly to my iPhone home screen and Apple Watch instead of a link that takes you to the app.

Failed to connect
Hi there, I had 5 Dahua cameras installed 3 weeks ago. I downloaded this app on my iPhone and iPad and it was working fine for 2 weeks. Now it's saying "failed to connect" and I don't know why or what I've done. Would appreciate some help in rectifying this if anyone knows how to fix it? I can't login and view the cameras over wifi at home or 4G remotely and I don't know what to do. Have tried downloading a manual/user guide and can't find one so am pretty stuck. There's nothing wrong with the cameras or the monitor because they are all working fine at home. Not sure who to contact about this either.

I’ve used this app for a couple of years and it’s always been reliable. Set it up as correctly and you’ll have no issues. Highly recommended.
Motion recording/notification is broken
This app used to work okay but after the last few updates, it’s been almost useless. I rely on the motion detection recording and notification but that function is completely broken. For example, I’ll get a notification at 3pm on 6/20 that there is motion on camera 3 but when I try to view the recording, it’ll show me a recording from 6/15 at 7am on camera 2. The motion recordings no longer save. What is the point of having this app if it’s not going to work? The motion detection notification function is one of the things that sets the paid version of the app over the free version. At this point, there is no difference between the two versions.

Broken app
There has been a problem with this app since the last update and nothing has been done to fix it. I would give a zero stars if it were allowed. When motion detection is activated you cannot view the event. This is a very important feature and has not been fixed
App Non Functional
Since the update, I can no longer connect to my cameras. My wife’s phone also has the same problem. Neither of us made changes to the settings. An older iPad with an older version of IDMSS works fine.
On cannot reach the owners of the app because it repeatedly times out as a consequence of “too many redirects”. I wonder if that is intentional.

This app used to work fine, but with the new update it gives me "login timeout". Please fix
