Impressed
Having read the previous review I used the app with trepidation.
I must say, the previous review is unfair:
• Ibiza is an island in the Med not a cosmopolitan mainland city.
• The app works perfectly well
• We are a party of 12, we order three taxis and three taxis turn up.
I have had many more problems with Uber in my home town than with using this taxi app.

Worst experience not once but twice
Ordered a cab. Says it’s going to be 2 min, then 10 min then the driver gets a better offer and cancels. I almost missed my flight and ended up hitching a ride to the airport with 2 Spanish stoners who were super happy to be able to now buy their next Joints with my donation. Do not even bother using this it’s a waste of time.

Useless app
Address copies from google won’t be recognized by this app. Also you can’t search using name of malls / stores. Totally useless! There’s no Apple Pay and you don’t want to give your credit card to these guys.
Buggy & non-functional
App crashes. Random pop-ups saying “left button” and “right button”. Keeps logging me out while trying to secure a taxi. Multiple driver cancellations with no explanation given.
Pointless
It works but it’s no Uber so don’t expect it to be much like it! You can’t see where any of the cabs are until you book one. Took forever to assign a taxi because there is a taxi driver shortage in Ibiza. We finally got one assigned then the driver stopped 100m up the road for someone who flagged him down!! We rushed up to confront him that we’d booked though the App and he just shrugged! Which makes the App absolutely pointless!

Has flaws but it works
Pretty much the only option for getting a taxi to exactly where you need it for Ibiza. It will always say 10 minutes to begin with then will update to the correct time after a couple of minutes. Don’t pay on the app either, just select pay cash in taxi, you can still pay on card when you’re in the cab.
