I wish I could give less stars
App just doesn’t work. It’s the absolute worst. It says that your taxi is there when you can very clearly see it is not. The telephone help line is just a recording. The previous app was decent- this one is garbage.
Probably the worst rideshare app I’ve ever used
App consistently crashes at least 3 times upon initialization. Afterwards, you’ll be able to get past the loading screen but the UX beyond that is so awful you’d wish that your app continued to crash
Horrendous
Best way to describe this is a 7 year old has tried to replicate Uber. The app crashes (a lot), you can never actually get a taxi and you have to be a member to pay through the app, otherwise it’s cash.

Terrible, map is wrong and app crashes a lot
The app is recommended by the taxi service but often the locations I want to go to do not work on the app. You can set a location and then when you get to the summary of the trip it’s not the correct location anymore even though you set a spot on the map directly now it has changed on its own. Then the app crashes often or goes black screen whilst waiting for the taxi. Finally you have to start the app several times because it crashes at startup VERY OFTEN. I use it only because in some cases there is no alternative, but it’s the worst app I’ve used for taxi services (so far).
Extra note: today I ordered a taxi, it cancelled. Then 15 minutes later it told me that there is a taxi waiting for me. Which I cancelled because I had arranged an alternative because click said it was cancelled. This app is terrible.

The best option in Ibiza
Always got a cab even though we were in the middle of nowhere. Polite drivers and great service

This is a horrible servicio with awful customer service and care and you WILLL NEVER GET A RIDE FOR A LONG TIME AND THEY HANG UP ON YOUR FACE WHEN YOU CALL FOR HELP
Dead?
Most of the time I try to use this app it just shows a black screen and I am using the latest version. I think this company is dead.
Useless
The stupid app won’t even open half of the time, just crashes at launch. Then if you can book something you’re at the whim of the company and they’re terrible. Genuine trash.
Painful but it works
Slow and glitchy but if you’re patient with it, the app does its job and a taxi shows up. Personally, didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for a taxi. Recommend just paying the driver directly after your ride rather than dealing with entering payment info into the app.
This app is ready for improvement
This application has so much potential to solve so many issues on the island of Ibiza, but fails to do so unfortunately. For a few years, I’ve seen how the application was updated, but somehow it is very buggy and closed on startup. Now with the latest version the app does launch but gives an error message that is incomprehensible. I really wish that the team working on this application improves these challenges.
