A little glitchy but overall great!
A great way to call taxis - especially for tourists. App crashes sometimes but we’re always able to get a cab within 10 minutes at the end of the day.

The app crashes instantly on launch. Useless.
No way to contact drivers
Had major issues using the app. Took forever to find drivers and there is no way to comment (give more details around pick up point or necessary details) or contact the driver if you’re running late or can’t find them at pick up point. We were not from Spain so couldn’t call the number.
We had one ride where someone else took our taxi and had no way to cancel the trip, message or call the driver..

Unreliable
This app is very hit and miss. Our last night in Ibiza with a restaurant booking at 7pm. We started trying to book a taxi at 5.30pm as we know that there can be a wait in June. After two drivers accepted our booking and then cancelled on us, we had to cancel our dinner reservation. Very disappointing service

How does this app exist
Please. Tell me how this app got through all the developers it did and STILL works as terribly as it does?? My grandma doesn’t know how to even turn on a computer. Also, she’s passed away. Yet she could STILL code a better user friendly app, from the grave. Can someone take this off the App Store so it doesn’t waste more people’s time??

Doesn’t work
Completely pointless. It says taxis have arrived at pickup when they haven’t, it said I’m ‘on the road’ on a trip when the taxi hadn’t even arrived. And then I get receipts to confirm journeys I haven’t even been picked up for. Also, there is no way to message the driver to confirm location etc. Called the helpline, they couldn’t find my account, then just hung up on me abruptly. Absolute waste of time.

Horrible app automatically goes to Spanish and won’t let you change it
Find another way to get a ride

This is the only app you can use in Ibiza if you want to book a regular white cab. Most of drivers are nice and always try to help you.
