Totally Broken
I import the images and now the “items backed up” number doesn’t change to reflect the new files imported. I thought this may just be a visual bug but it’s not, I tried deleting and reinstalling the App and the most recently imported files hadn’t been backed up when I logged in, so I could’ve lost them if I hadn’t noticed the number not updating.
I’ve now lost trust in KeepSafe and when exporting my images to upload them to a different App, I found another major issue. I exported 1 of my folders (containing 61 unique images) to the camera roll and KeepSafe had exported 13 unique images and 48 copies of another image. The remaining 48 images weren’t exported at all. I thought this may be a 1 time thing, but I tried it several more times for different folders and the same issue repeated each time. Multiples of one image exported instead of a copy of each photo in the folder.
So I’m stuck in limbo now. Unable to backup any new files and unable to export them - unless I export nearly 3,000 files 1 by 1 - which I don’t have the patience for. So I’ll just have to wait to see if a future update fixes it.

It is often confusing as the items, when transferred back will usually return to the place in your photo gallery. We are working to get the app functioning more seamlessly. Please be sure to keep updating.
Not bad, fixes are needed (POST-DEVELOPER RESPONSE UPDATE)
It’s alright. My number one complaint though is gifs only show up as a tiny rectangle in the middle of your phone screen, and the primary thing I have stored on this app is gif files. You can zoom in on them, but BARELY. It still will only take up less than half of your phone’s screen. I think it’d be a really neat feature to allow gifs to autoplay in folders, so you can see them animated without having to click on them. Unless these issues are Probably won’t renew my annual subscription if they don’t fix these essential things.

Bit useless really
It’s clear that the app is broken, it says everything’s backed up when clearly that’s not the case. I pay a yearly subscription for this and it just seems like a huge waste of time now.
So to all the people leaving positive reviews. Have you tried deleting the app and logging back in cause I guarantee some files won’t have backed up, regardless of if the app says everything is backed up. This happened to me in the past too but I weren’t sure the files had backed up. This time I was positive cause I let it backup even before deleting the app.
Won’t be using this again. Huge waste of time.
Awful app
When first downloaded 6 months ago it was good, but seems after my free trail ran out and I didn’t upgrade to premium (which is only really an album password and storage feature) the app has become awful. The app crashes all the time, sometimes before you can even finish typing the first password to get into the app itself. It lags my phone extremely and I can hardly ever access my documents. I can’t even retrieve them to move onto another app. Really poor app and I would avoid at all costs!
