I bought 10 tickets, set up the app, and my tickets are nowhere to be found! I’ve verified 3 email addresses 10 times, deleted and reinstalled the app, and they’re still nowhere to be found. I’ve tried to get them to register for over a month!
I know my ticket sale went through because if I try to upgrade the tickets, it recognizes that I have 10 tickets to upgrade…. I also just got an email saying “Your tickets for tomorrow's game are in the MLB Ballpark app!” Further proof that my purchase went through… but still no tickets in the app!
Customer Service was no help at all. After I answered their questions, they sent me back an email that said they would close my support ticket in 24 hours. Whaaatttt???Now they’ve directed me to the Team’s Customer Service. We will see if they can help me at the stadium on game day tomorrow after my hour drive to the stadium.
I wish I could tell everyone not to use this app, but we don’t have a choice because this is the only way to retrieve the tickets! This is ridiculous!
