This app is horrible!!! Where are my tickets?!?
I bought 10 tickets, set up the app, and my tickets are nowhere to be found! I’ve verified 3 email addresses 10 times, deleted and reinstalled the app, and they’re still nowhere to be found. I’ve tried to get them to register for over a month!
I know my ticket sale went through because if I try to upgrade the tickets, it recognizes that I have 10 tickets to upgrade…. I also just got an email saying “Your tickets for tomorrow's game are in the MLB Ballpark app!” Further proof that my purchase went through… but still no tickets in the app!
Customer Service was no help at all. After I answered their questions, they sent me back an email that said they would close my support ticket in 24 hours. Whaaatttt???Now they’ve directed me to the Team’s Customer Service. We will see if they can help me at the stadium on game day tomorrow after my hour drive to the stadium.
I wish I could tell everyone not to use this app, but we don’t have a choice because this is the only way to retrieve the tickets! This is ridiculous!

Update failure
I have tickets to tomorrow’s game and I don’t know if I will even get in. I get nowhere with the app. It won’t open but sendse to an update page. But the update won’t load. Sends me back to the home page, which sendse to update. I’ve been trying to get it to load for almost 2 hours. Paper tickets sound real good.

Needless hassle
I paid for my tickets but instead of printing a ticket or showing my email, I have to download yet another app, give them my data, which they explicitly indicate they will sell and share. Now I have a single point of failure in my phone, and if anything happens to it I'm screwed. The app exists to make my life harder and monetize me. And I'm not even a grouchy geezer! It's just a pain.

Can we just go back to real tickets
Can I go back to having a pair of printed tickets rather than this does the app work does it not. Thank god I learned not to do this while you are trying to go to the actual game.
Very Frustrating
I purchased tickets, was forced to download this app, and haven’t been able to get my tickets for 3 days. Still trying to reach help desk by phone. VERY infuriating.
Good app
The only cons of this app it’s that it doesn’t keep your old ticket as a souvenir. I eant to visit every MLB stadium and I would like to keep my tickets!
