I purchased the dfence system and had the dealership install it on my new 2019 Harley Road Glide Special. Every time I get home from work I activate the dfence System on my Harley and then I deactivate it again prior to leaving for work again the following morning (roughly 30 miles to work). Not half way through my ride to work, and my phone starts getting blown up with text message alerts because the iPhone app is not deactivating the dfence system in the mornings!!! This is so annoying and I’m getting tired of this Garbage!! You folks at dfence need to fix the link between the app and system on my Harley because I paid good, hard earned money for a product that is NOT WORKING!! I DON’T want to hear excuses or run around procedures to fix it, I want you to fix your product. It’s a great product but if this continues, I’m going to the BBB!! And I will post on every Harley, Ford, & Chevrolet forum that I know of and am a part of to avoid the purchase of your product at all cost!!
