Removed many duplicates but not all in the automatic sweep. However, afterwards there were still many duplicates it detected in other categories where you have to merge them one by one which was a little tedious, but overall much faster than manually deleting the duplicatesLiamLharts
Did exactly what I needed it to!
I was looking for an app which would do the simple job of cleaning up duplicate contacts on my phone as a one time job (somehow my contacts had all got duplicated). I downloaded this app and switched on airplane mode as a precaution to make sure none of my data was shared. I ran the duplicate contact cleanup (and turned off the advanced smart features which I assumed would share my data) and it did exactly what I needed it to. Address book is all cleaned up and all contact data intact. Job done. Thanks!Show lessBurkazoid
Excellent app
I’ve been pulling my hair out about having as many as 6 duplicate contact entries in my iPhone. Google and Apple couldn’t provide help. Within minutes of downloading this app the problem is fixed! Just make sure you back up your contacts initially. I went from over 1000 contacts to just 110! I’d still like to know how all the duplicates happened but mostly I’m glad this app fixed it.Show lessBlue Angel 1

I have contacts from multiples linked sources (iCloud, Company Office, Google contacts…), 8k+. To make my iPhone contact database better I decided to use this tool. First Mistake!
First I naturally used tool backup option. Then I did a lot of manual checking and cleaning etc. when I finally got all cleaned, I noticed that contacts in my company account has been deleted! Result is that I now randomly have contacts in different accounts, but not necessary where they should be. Second mistake was that I thought app which latest release was less than month ago would use iOS feature linking contacts. It has been available over 10 years, so can not say it is new feature.
Then third mistake was my assumption that backup really works. I have tried to return my contacts to what it was before, by first deleting all contacts and restoring backup I made before I started. Now I have 22k+ contacts at my phone. No glue on which accounts they are, impossible to manually work these.
My advice. Instead of using this app, do it manually one by one if you have less than 5k contacts. You will end up saving time.Show lessI_Niva

I have tried so many apps trying to get rid of duplicates so many made it worse. I went from 18,000 contacts to 30,000 contacts to 40,000 contacts to 60,000 contacts and almost everything were duplicates I tried five or six different contact duplicate apps and none of them worked. In fact most of them made it worse. This one works I’m now down to 15,800 contacts which is about right and it matches with my Google contacts . I use an iPhone and I finally where I should be with my contacts. Thank you ! Thank you! Thank you! Five stars is not enough.Show lessZokker
