Leave a Review Cleanup Duplicate Contacts!
Lost a lot of contacts
I gave it one extra star because I was able to actually get rid of hundreds of duplicate contacts. However, I had assumed that those duplicates might actually merge into one contact so if there was data in one CV and not in another, they would combine missing data into a more comprehensive, complete contact. But no, instead it took just one (random?) duplicate and dropped all others. I have so many contacts and I’m not sure where they were added from: iPhone, Google, business emails, random website additions… who knows, but I don’t have time to go through over 1500 contacts and clean up every one of them. That’s why I wanted an app like this. I would love to give this a 5 star rating if you were able to restore my lost contacts and then merge all data from one name into one full and complete CV, then go ahead and remove the duplicates. I must say, I completely lost some names altogether as well. I’m not sure how some name’s duplicates were ALL considered dupes and were then ALL removed. 🤷🏻♂️ please do an update where contacts from multiple sources will be merged into one. Then I used it. Flawless so far! Due to some sync issue with my iPhone contacts and Outlook, my contacts were duplicating over and over. Running this app saved me time trying clean it up manually.
Still need to figure out why this is happening, but this app will help keep things in order.D9nno

I had an issue with multiple versions of contacts I had synced with Exchange. I tried to remove duplicates through the iPhone app. After trying this for 5 minutes I realized this would be a long and painful process. I saw a review of this app and have it a try. Unbelievably easy and lightweight. Apple should buy your app and incorporate it into their underwhelming contacts app. Excellent App!Show lessReview321456

I have multiple email accounts so some of my contacts were only on iCloud, some were in Google and some on MS Exchange. After upgrading my Mac OS my contact’s started duplicating to over 70,000 on iCloud. This app helped save the day. Once I got everything cleaned up in my phone contacts, I made a backup using this app. Next I turned off contacts on everything and deleted all contacts from my phone and Mac. Then I restored the backup, turned on only Google and ran one more sweep to remove duplicates. It synced just right on all my devices including Gmail online! Finally!Show lessLEAD360

Great App, my contacts had become full of duplicates due to switching iPhones and iCloud and what was already on my iPhone. This App is perfect for the job, it is very intelligent with its merge function and really has cleaned up my contacts perfectly. Would recommend it to everyone.Zulufoot

Don't understand why, but Outlook messes up my contacts every time. For whatever reason even though I set it up like all my other accounts, it takes over. This app has helped me wrangle it all in!SUVRoadRage

My contact list was quadrupled and I needed an efficient way to cleanup. Upon installing, in under 2 minutes I had a much leaner list and a pool of records to focus on adding other key and relevant content.

Incredibly powerful and effective tool. Don’t know how anyone survives without something like this to manage all their contacts across multiple devices. I have cleaned out so much legacy garbage from my contacts and consolidated hundreds and hundreds of duplicates.Camelspder

This app has an excellent user interface and works quickly to identify duplicate and faulty Contacts. After backing up Contacts, it accomplishes an accurate merge in less than 2 minutes.
