Good app for motivation, although it has you walking every 3-4 mins, you can keep running, it's nice to have a walk every now and then when you are a couch potato

Am only on day 6 so early days yet - however having had a look at later training days my only comment would be that the whole programme is based around intervals and no long consistent runs - fine for me as I just want to be fit enough to get round but I fear it would not be enough for a true marathon fanatic - otherwise great

Does not work!
Have used the other zenlab apps so expected something great - however, this one downloads without a training programme, just weeks worth of rest days!!! Disappointing:(
