  • Downgraded to poor

    You’ve downgraded yourself from an amazing app to poor app. Earlier one was able to login to any account through id & password. But not it has to be added and there’s limit of number of accounts. This is very bad.
    Very poor email response too. You people can’t understand simple thing and are only emailing like crazy rather than understanding my point. It’s a very simple thing. Earlier I was free to login to any account but now it’s restricted, why?

  • Crap App!

    20 seconds to get logged in, 40 seconds to view account statement, back and forth at least three attempt to complete fund transfer, after transaction the balance is not reflected correctly although SMS says the amount has been debited, and finally 30 seconds to get logged out, that too on 5G speed!!!
    Could you guys please work on this app for real?
    It seems like the previous version was far more smoother and flawless…

  • Best bank with ridiculous mobile app and tech team

    Hdfc might be the best bank in world but one thing is sure there developers are the worst in world. We indians are tech back bone of world and then we have hdfc tech team. Few years back they launched a new version of app and that failed badly and now there existing version does not work. Most of the time you cannot login and it shows you are in low network area whereas I am using 300 mbps speed. And if you complain they ask you to write email with app version but thousand people have complained but these people feel its people problem not there tech team problem

  • Do you care about customers

    I updated the app and now I Can’t use any more as I need debit card for login to my account for the first time and I don’t have one. What’s wrong with the app developers , why would you start putting new restrictions without thinking the impact to users.

    Update :
    Why cant you Let users decide whether I should authenticate using debit card or SPLIT OTP sent to email and mobile? I’ve been able to use the app without debit card details and now I can’t after the upgrade.

  • Horrible update

    I used to like hdfc app until now. The latest update has rendered the app useless for me. Why do I need to provide my card details to be able to register my device. This should not be forced but an option. I do not have my card handy with me and now I can’t login to my account from my mobile. Hate it when dumb designers to enforce their thinking on customers. Hate it … hate it

  • App stopped working

    I was using this app since last so many years and all of a sudden it stopped working and it shows this terms and conditions page and nothing happens after this. I deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times with no luck. What is the solution to this?
  • Works as expected

    Just opened an account with them. Took 5 min to set the app up. All basic functionalities work so far.

    My HDFC APP stopped working & I contact my branch manager to find out why it is not working He replied download again & It will work. I was trying to get a Log In tab but no success for Two days then finally it took me to Log in tab & now it works fine but my previous stored Payees & Bills info is gone which I will have to store back again. Now working fine.

  • Why does it say last session is terminated incorrectly?

    I literally made up time to give this 1 star, why make it hard for customer to access application. I literally can’t login to my account for past 5 minutes. if I close app on mobile and try to start logging in via mac or even on mobile if I switch apps and clear all apps, that’s it I can no longer access for next 5 minutes. Its 2022 guys, use some skills.

    I see all the features are up to date when compared with different Banking Apps. Appreciated HDFC complete Team following all standards and upgrading everything as per customer demand and request.
