  • Nice to see this app

    This application is nice for all customers, It is pretty easy to login with existing customer ID. I could able to add other account to transfer money within the Bank.
  • Happy to use mobile app after a long time

    I was amazed to experience the app performance, wasn't comfortable few years back but today I just used it and within a minute finished 2 money transfers!! Great Job HDFC!!
  • App itself

    This app not working on this phone that I am using to write this review. I deleted from phone and then also from iCloud. But when I want to reinstall, it seems that it never gets deleted. I am prompted to open it instead. Wonder why is it behaving this way. If I open the app, I get a blank screen with small letters in middle of screen indicating “secure …”

  • App is worst among major banks

    The HDFC mobile banking app interface is poor. The landing home page is blank after logging in most of the times. Why a blank page after logging in? That's very stupid. The app doesn't offer card less ATM withdrawal feature even though HDFC keeps advertising it. I have searched all menu options and it's nowhere to be found. The side bar menus are not named correctly. The app is extremely limited in terms of the facilities it offers to customers using mobile banking. I tend to use desktop netbanking most of the time because using this mobile app is a frustrating experience. HDFC mobile banking app is as bad as ICICI mobile banking app

  • Easy to use app

    The app provides various features just at the tip of the finger. It is easy to transfer money to someone and avail other services right from the mobile app
  • Waste of time!

    Enough said, use this mobile app if have extra time on your hand, because you would get zero support from client care( if that exists) ! OTP issue is a nightmare, and still can’t get someone to talk to me from the bank! I guess it is time to move on, but it has been good twenty years though! All good things must come to an end!

  • App needs improvements

    When trying to buy MF, one cannot search any fund. The search button disappears and drop down doesn’t show any result even if the full name is entered. Can’t upgrade from standard to premium even though I have more than 200k in account for over 5 months now.
  • Worst banking app

    I specially came here to mention How bad this app is, always had Issues when tried to Login. I have a NRE account I always get in Trouble with this App it’s Really Crucial when it Comes to Money matter this app has it all. Very very very Horrible they run such a Big Financial Institute & can’t Afford Good software.

    1. Even i have Good Network/ Wifi it says I Don’t have a Good Connection

    2. Even the Credentials right it still stays on the Login Page Shows Nothing

  • Unable to login in

    Totally useless app. For last few days unable to login to iOS app for HDFC bank. Keep getting error message network is low. How do? Using 5G as well as high speed internet access. No errors or issue login to any of my other financing apps. Only HDFC has error messages. Also tried login to your dumb website which has all pop ups but server failed in NetBanking. Same thing going on for last few days. Tried to call 800# ( USA based for nri banking) phone disconnects after few seconds of IVR recording. Poor service, support and app/ online development.
    Btw, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same error messages. Grow up guys!

  • Expect few irritating bugs, overall experience is good

    This new design app is very good and flexible and easy to navigate, but What I observed is after logging into account, i see a blank screen. I have to explicitly goto ‘Home’ page from menu option. I thought this new release ‘10.0.7’ will resolve this bug. This is very irritating when every time you have to go to select Home just to see your account overview.
