  • Easy interface to access my account globally

    The app is greatly improved and provides easy access to my account enabling me to track the debit, credit and add on features of my acct sitting at home in US.

    I do have another question. While I'm able to access my account on my iPhone using touch ID, I'm not able to do that on my iPad. It does not offer an IPIN option. The app does not allow me to set IPIN as I've already set it on my iPhone. Can this be resolved?
    I am unable to submit the QUERIES/FEEDBACK FORM as the form does not accept mobile number from USA.
    I sent the information as described. I got a reply in two days asking for all kinds of personal information. I decided to give up. Bottom line: This app will only work on one device either iPhone or iPad, but not both. Disappointed.

  • Where is Face ID?

    This version is definitely better than before but can be improved a lot!

    4 stars because, at-least you made an effort to come with a new version. Now, don’t sleep on it and keep pushing updates and make the experience better.
  • never seen a app worse than this one

    this is first time I am seeing and corporate downslide whatever they had in the earlier app thats also gone now. sometimes it did not let you login saying server buy too much traffic but you can login through web. Such a waste of money and time putting together thus crappy app. Being an IT developer myself I feel ashamed that someone coded this and worse someone even probably tested this piece of crap.

  • Not upto the mark

    I have been using this app since long time and there is no major UI update happened to this application when you compare w.r.t to the market competitors. Doesn't have a touch id which works well. The UI and page loading are still lack of speed and taste. Even lazy sbi has improved alot and you guys a private bank with high standards. Instead of OTP and email verification why dont you use token expiry ?
    Its time to change your app development team.

  • When can NRI customers use the touch ID functionality

    Many other banks provide touch ID access to login for NRI customers, not sure why your system is too worst even though you say digital banking. ** it’s been almost year I posted this and still no resolution, what a pathetic customer support and developers you have.. please don’t say that you are digital banking by sending crappy emails..

    **Guys it’s been almost more than a year we requested for an update, you want us to close the account and move on to other banks who are becoming real digital..**

  • Worst banking app ever seen

    Already HDFC has worst app which was not allowing to login with PIN/Touch ID.

    Now the upgraded app is not recognising the device with PIN and no Touch ID login available. Tried to enroll PIN again once entered the mobile number and customer id getting OTP to Phone. After entering the OTP in 2nd step page is not navigating. Tried this several times.

    I didn’t understand why the app will be pushed to AppStore without proper testing. Useless and time waste...

  • Pathetic app and pathetic developers

    Never seen such a piece of crap. The phone freezes, touch id never ever works. Looks like this bank is even worse then any public sector bank in terms of technology and technical staff.

    The overall experience of the app is also a disgrace on the name of an app. A novice or any college student can develop a better app then this junk.

    The HDFC should pull up their socks and should hire some real techies and UX developers.

    I think they should learn from Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase or similar banks who even themselves have develop their own frameworks while these guys are just not even able to develop and maintain a simple app.

    A total flop and a piece of crap it is... Not sure why even after seeing their rating as 1.8 they don't work to improve it. Looks like the are busy in giving loans to the king of good times and diamond kings who will later ran away and hide in Austria, Germany, London and similar places.

  • Terrible! Don’t Download.

    There is a newer App that is far better than this half a$$ed attempt. If this App is the best that HDFC can do with all the great software talent available in India, then it’s a clear message to me to take my money and business elsewhere!!
    I can’t often access services from this because their Server is unavailable and it will also lock me out for periods of time for no good reason.
    HDFC advertises itself as an international bank but, it’s App and services are especially difficult for NRIs to use.

  • Update required to use non Indian mobile numbers

    Even if the Touch ID is enabled in the latest version, it does not work with out the quick access PIN and the PIN registration does not work with a non Indian mobile number like a US number. As NRI users can use their mobile number for all other banking purposes including OTP receipt why the cell field can’t work with them while PIN registration? Looks like apps developers are not listening to the customer complaints carefully enough. Please fix it ASAP. It’ll be given a higher rating then.
