Great app that allows me to easily check my
accounts, transfer funds and ensure my accounts are secure. I really like the mobile check deposit feature. This has saved me a lot of time being able to deposit a check with a picture compared to driving to a branch. Thanks LMCU.

Love it!
Love to have control of my accounts without stepping into a bank! This app makes it so easy for me to deposit checks, transfer money, pay others using Zelle, and even link outside accounts. I travel a lot and managing my accounts online have been a lifesaver!
My time with Landmark
I started messing with Landmark a while back when I started getting my disability everything was good, except I couldn’t change a date for a certain amount of money to come out of my account, and it was always overdrafting me years and years later I finally found out how to change that which was a hassle, but it was done now everything is good and I am happy again thank you very much

Love the mobile app
I love the mobile app because I can open the app and view my balances without having to log in. And, I’ve never had any problem with the bank or the app.

This site is easy to navigate and conveniently links all my accounts.
We are given ample notice of any updates and downtime for access.
Along with a friendly customer service staff always available to assist with more extensive questions.

Still Removing Basic Features Everyone Enjoyed
I don’t know if the removal of facial recognition was an attempt at streamlining the mobile app experience but it has severely impacted the overall user experience for this map. I generally prefer the non-“mobile” app for banking and the such because of these changes that were made. You cannot sign in with facial recognition anymore, so where did my data for that go? That also makes me ask, why remove it in the first place? For many people like me, I don’t enjoy staying signed in. It makes me feel more vulnerable especially if my cyber defenses were to break. At least my face was a form of barrier against this issue. With it removed I was logged out of my account (as with every app update) and I was traveling at the time so I had NO ACCESS to my SSN to recover my password. Overall. I was forced into a frustrating and stressful experience and I just wish the UI design team would stop removing features many people enjoy.

Easy App
Pretty easy to use for the most part. I like the track spending graphs. I check my credit score every day. Appreciate that I can get that and my credit report free anytime I want it.
Handles all the basic functions well
Landmark CU uses the same mobile and desktop banking platform as tons of other credit unions. The app processes most basic transactions just as you would expect. Where Landmark shines is in the contact/secure message area. The interface is easy to use, maintains a history of your interactions, and helps you get a quick reply (1-2 days) for non-emergency issues. Rated 1 less star as I would like to see a more custom app and online banking experience.

Unreliable and down for maintenance seems like monthly
I left my last bank, partly because of their horrible mobile app and desktop site. Had no issues with Landmark’s previous app or website. Since they updated last fall, it’s been horrendous. Come to find out they “updated” their app and website to the same service that my previous bank used…

I was originally a Lifetime Credit Union member and became a Landmark member when Lifetime was bought out - I couldn’t be happier- you have always put your customers first- my experience for over 30 years has always been positive- keep doing it - it’s a pleasure - Thank You
