  • BP forecast not helpful

    At regular intervals I discover months of blood pressure forecasts, this time up to April 2025! These must be manually deleted to get to the right date. Have you any explanation for this? It really is infuriating. Otherwise I am fairly happy….

    Hello - Can you please send us a screenshot on support@evolvemedsys.com We don’t do any sort of forecasting so I am not sure what you are referring to. A screenshot or screen recording will help us troubleshoot the issue. Thanks

    My records are not showing correctly. I have lost my records after 2018. I have been a longtime customer of the app but now am having issues. Can this issue be resolved and my missing records be restored please? Joy Dixon

    In response, I have neither Zoom nor Google call available.
    I am unable to add any new records to Smart BP since the loss of recent records. I have currently available only records from 22nd July 2018 to 21st April 2023. All other records are not there. I have forwarded to Smart Support Team this information.

    Hello - We have requested a zoom/google meet in our email correspondence. Please let us know a date and time that we can meet to help resolve the issue. Please do not delete the app as it will delete all the data in it.
  • Blood pressure

    I thought you can take your blood pressure because that’s what it says. I paid for nothing just writing down i amdisappointed.

    Hello, SmartBP al­lows you to record, track and an­a­lyze trends in your blood pres­sure. You can ei­ther man­u­al­ly en­ter your records or use a blood pres­sure mon­i­tor to sync with SmartBP through apple health. SmartBP alone does not mea­sure blood pres­sure. You need a sep­a­rate blood pres­sure mon­i­tor to mea­sure blood pres­sure.     I normally check my blood pressure every morning after breakfast by Omron device.
    Your application makes me aware in time and gives me the notifications and has possibilities for giving the notifications on time and keeping the record.

  • functional

    i really love the ux and design — it’s nice and clean. logging your measurements is really easy too. i was having a hard time finding an app that had nice insights and classified each reading appropriately (2017 acc/aha vs 2018 esc/esh).

    i wish you could export the logs or graphs to save as a photo rather than a pdf though.

    i also wish that if you toggled off weight that it wouldn’t ask you for it.

    i used the free version for a day and bought the full version the next day. it’s so pretty!

    Hello - Thank you for the kind words. 1) You can export sections of the app by tapping on the print icon on the top right of the screen. Send me an email at support@evolvemedsys.com if you are unable to find it 2) If you toggle off weight, it should indeed not ask you for it and I tested it out. It will be easier to troubleshoot over email Looking forward to resolving these issues
  • Inconsistent + unreliable = waste of money

    Each and every time the app, or IOS, or both are updated this app stops working as advertised. Each and every time something fails to function which, logically indicates that the update, or the original coding, is flawed and therefore its user BP data analysis cannot trusted. I’d like a refund and an independent recommendation for a reliable substitute.

  • Syncing with apple health

    One of the reasons I purchased premium membership was to send my BP readings to apple health. In order to do it, I have to give SmartBP read and write access to all health data which I don’t want to do. Is there a workaround? (Yes, I know I can log BP myself directly into apple health). Eta: I understand the issue about permissions. However I don’t want SmartBP to be able access ALL my apple health data and I don’t want apple health to get weight and heart rate info from SmartBP. I know this can work because my loseit app only shares weight info with apple health. If you are planning on future enhancements, it would be nice to have my weight prefilled in the SmartBP app because it is a pain to always have to look it up on apple health or the loseit app.

    Hello, In order to have a seamless flow of data between the 2 apps we need permission to transfer (writing in Apple Health) and reading data to Apple health to avoid duplicated. Unfortunately, SmartBP requires permission for the same. You can manually enter the data in Apple health if you wish not giving the permission for the same. Regards, SmartBP Support Team

    It was great until the last update, now it keeps crashing every time I try to open it.

  • App Crashes

    Up until the last update the app was great (minus codes for rewards from streaks not working), but since the latest update it crashes as soon as I open it

  • SmartBP Issue

    I had an issue with my app this morning. I tried to open it and it would immediately shut down. I turned my iPhone off then back on. That didn’t help. I knew my only option was to remove and reinstall. I was concerned about losing my history. When I deleted the app, I had the option to retain or delete my data of course I have the subscription which is very reasonable. Thank goodness! I reinstalled the app and my history came in when I logged in.

    My doctor also likes this app because he can review my data by average or by days. Thankful this is the app I chose!
