Almost Perfection
The only thing I want added to this app is the ability to change the range on the weight chart - otherwise this app is greatMrsR.
Good App
For my BP recording (3 times daily) I have found this app easy to record my readings AND very importantly easy to modify the readings and the time and date info. I have only used it for three days and I don't expect any future issues, but I have yet to attempt a download or sharing event (i.e. report for doctor). At this time, however, still confident enough to rate this well designed app 5 stars.Show lessStatFreak
Forget syncing
Ok, so this is a very user friendly app for recording BP and weight, but forget syncing your iPad/iPhone. I wrote for help, and she responded she "believed" it should work. Well, it doesn't.
I liked the premium version on my iPhone, so I installed it on my iPad, expecting to be able to sync my data. First of all, it didn't recogniz that I had already bought the premium version and installed the freebie on th iPad. I went ahead and entered in alk the profile stuff, hoping that might make it recognize me. It didn't, so I contacted Support. After a few emails back and forth, she suggested I reinstall on my iPad. I did, and same thing: it wanted all my profile info again.
I give up on the syncing idea. I'll just use it on my iPhone.Show lessAliceandtj

Update: With our latest release you can now sync directly between iPhone and iPad over Bluetooth. Please try it out and let us know your feedback support@evolvemedsys.com Old comments: You can sync between iPhone and iPad through Microsoft HealthVault from the app's History screen. My only disappointment is that I have not been able to synchronize my iPhone and iPad. I will check with support as there may be a way. I appreciate the facility of synching with Health Vault. It appears that I am not able to print from my devices. Since I just installed this app perhaps I have not learned all of the features. So far, I am pleased.Show lessH. Knight
Excellent tool
I been an a hypertension patient for last 2 years and the most difficult part of being ill Is to keep the control of my medical history at home but with this app i can take my records with me all the time and show to my doctor without worrying about loosing the piece of paper or the notebook that used to write my BP information.Show lessmctoz
Sudden illness, instant reliable results
In the end it was a belly bleed and caused pressure on blood vessels to create sky high BP and migraines. But in the days between causation and diagnosis I had to take my BP every hour. When all went pear shaped and I was rushed by ambulance to ER/A&E I was able to hand this app to my medical team and it helped hugely in a quick resolution to a very scary and potentially life threatening illness. Good but ...
I really like this but it would be perfect if the Limits (defined under settings) would show like horizontal lines in the graphs, then it would be super easy to see if you are within limits or not.justIvano
