Pretty slick way to estimate
Like the app, great to scope, photo, document and quickly build an organized Xactimate estimate. It will be especially helpful for less experienced adjusters/estimators so that roof and other building components aren’t overlooked.

Sketchy rating system
My last review was removed, that seems super sketchy... Anyway, the app is very glitchy and creates horribly inaccurate estimates. And apparently buys bad reviews off their page, so the 1.6 is probably pushing it...
Needs work
App doesn’t work when a network isn’t available. App needs an offline function. When I advised owners of this they stated it would take up to much room on the phone. I guess they don’t realize the photos have to be stored on the phone anyway when a network isn’t available.
Needs a critical update
The app has potential but the interface and usability is lacking. A serious update is needed to better suit our needs.

Hate it, forced to use it. Spits out a crappy report, does not have all the line items.
