Terrible app and support is next to none
The app close itself multiple time while I’m using it. Can’t log in on several occasions. My account get blocked every time I update. It seems to reset MPIN on it’s own. Then you have to request to reactive which takes months! Their customer service is unacceptable. I contacted them several times via Fb messenger and they never reply back. If they do, it will be after several weeks! Avoid if you can and save yourself from frustration!

Satisfying and convenient
Nung una para akong tanga na walang ka alam alam paano gamitin ito.. pero dahil user friendly at napakadaling gamitin. Panalo para sa akin.. I encouraged mostly mga officemate ko and mga tropa ko to avail this gcash. Nag invite kna may addtional cash bonus kapa.. :) panalo sa 10 percent rebate.. libre ang cash in s 711.. at panalo ang cash out thru gcash card.. :)

Great APP, like the buy load experience in App!
Great ewallet APP, esp. buy load function. I am a Globe SIM card user, every time I purchase load via Gcash app, the process is really smooth, I got my load immediately! Worth going to 7-11 to cash in!
Failed Transaction.
Pumasok sa 7 eleven. Hindi nakapasok sakanila. Puro 2-3 working days. Tatlo na nakaka usap ko na agent puro follow up. 2 weeks na wala pa din.
Convenient app
This app makes bills payment, watching movies, and sending prepaid credit/money more convenient. There is an issue verifying accounts if made through the app or online but otherwise fast and easy to do if you go to any of their partner stores for verification.
Easy and convenient!
I never knew how easy payments could be until I got GCash! I buy my load, pay some of my bills, and pay back my friends with “Send Money” - all on the app :) I’m also not aware of all the promos, but it’s cool that I get some of my money back cause of the rebates.
Update Can Be Very Inconvenient at Times
Please have your app be usable even when there is a latest version out. I have been in some situations where the forces me to update the version while I was going to a transaction. This can be awkward and really embarrassing.
