Terrible app
Honestly one of the worse written apps I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. It’s buggy, the automated verifier is temperamental as all get out, after spending hour upon hours and finally getting the selfie accepted, the app crashed. After finally getting pass the selfie part again, and getting my info entered for a second time (app keeps making you enter the same info repeatedly in different places) I then get a message stating I failed verification due to my info being wrong. Well, the info is quite correct. So who knows what it’s talking about, and you can’t get real support from GCash on anything. I’ve wasted an unholy amount of time on this app and have nothing to show for the trouble. The worse part is, the app is basically useless if you don’t get verified, as they won’t let you connect it to anything. If I could give the app zero stars I would.
Update: I’ve spent months working with support. They say they’ll follow up in a few days, they never do, you call back, they say they’ll follow up in a few days, and they don’t, and around and around you go.

Greedy company!!!
There’s a charge in everything you do (topping up load, cashing-in), annoying ads/tutorials and buggy apps, awful customer service. And lastly, Gforest is an absolute scam.

OTP for UK number not sending
OTP for UK number is not sending... Already tried to restart phone, reinstall but still, its not sending. I still got some money let on my account...
Time waster
Impossible to get verified. All cases constantly closed by humans but they don’t reply to the open case which is extremely frustrating. Hotline phone number hangs up call and doesn’t connect you with an agent.
Been doing just fine.
There is nothing wrong about Gcash as long u keep your number safe and dont let other people get the OTP through you phone number.
Can’t receive OTP
GCASH IS A SCAM, THEY DON’T WANT TO GIVE MY MONEY. IT’S BEEN 2-3 MONTHS SINCE I CAN’T OPEN MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF THAT OTP. AND NOW THEY’RE ASKING ABOUT MY ID AND EVEN I SENT ONE. THEY DON’T ACCEPT IT BECAUSE THEY’RE SAYING IT’S NOT A REAL TIME
Can't receive OTP since update
Since updated to International Beta version, I never get OTPs on my phone which I did flawlessly before. Now my money is stuck in my account which I cannot access.

Been trying to use Gcash since 3 days ago, I already updated the app, but still I wasn’t able to receive any otp from gcash. Any resolution for this kind of issue?
