Don't deal with this company at all
Gee! Where did all the reviews go? Several bad reviews were here. Now I see none. And stars (single) are missing as well. This was my review.
Avoid JustCloud at all costs. They are not only deceptive, once they know you exist, the e-mails will be daily and unending. And just TRY to use the link to stop them. It takes you to a page to upgrade your account. I have tried everything I can think of to stop hearing from them. But they keep coming. And I am beyond angry at this point.

What a rip-off & rubbish service!
Warning! Don't touch this Cloud service with a barge-pole. They don't remind you that your subscription is about to expire until the very last minute. Then they threaten to delete your files unless you renew immediately. Oh, and you don't get a chance to save your precious files before they delete them either, as you're not allowed to access them either. Word to company - try giving people some warning/notice before you stop access. At least customers might then have a chance to move their files elsewhere. Thanks for nothing JustCloud😁

JustCloud works okay with just one computer, but not so much with latest update on my iPad.
Nor can I add another administrator, which I need badly. I have emailed 3 times, but since they took my money, I have received no help, no emails, not even on the live chat. The 'service rep' initially told me that adding administrators was no problem, just follow the instructions on the website. Really? There is no instructional page or guide of any kind for adding an administrator. Lack of support is the main reason for the rating. Be very careful!

Tech Support
Everything was going well until I needed tech support. Numerous emails with no response. Will shift everything to another provider.
Waste of time
Misleading advertising. Don't waste your time. You get 100 MB trial. Apple should remove this app from its server.
Worst pests on the internet
Do you want to be pestered unmercifully by email, with email after email demanding you do something? That is what you get if you download this app. For your own peace of mind leave this app well alone. The people who wrote this are a pain in the backside. I have no idea whether the actual app is any good though there are plenty of others doing similar sorts of things. What I do know is that you definitely do not want it because you will get email after email exhorting you to do various things which will cost you money and cause you trouble.

Complete Scam
Is a complete scam all they want is your money and when you want to press the refund all of their emails are automated and all the great reviews on the Internet are all false and created by two people and other people A girl and a person that changes the way he looks and a lot of his videos or his voice a little enhanced to try to make it look like it's different when you try to call them is automated because if you say certain things it won't respond to it like the way normal human being would The website that has a top 10 cloud storage just how does on top and that is created by the same person that's why it's an advertisement that is in Google if you actually buy the service they actually don't give you what they promised and they just keep trying to get you to get upgrades and get more money I advise you not to sign up for the following website upsetter to say JustCloud my PC back up and zip cloud.

Not that good
I never have paid for a cloud service just cloud was my first. Awful. As soon as I started with all my files great all of them went to their "cloud". Until I had up loaded the and wanted to see them only 75% were actually viewable. When I asked just cloud about the problem they told me that my iPad had problems which in fact was incorrect. I had downloaded my files on a PC but when trying to view these photos on any platform once synced I had the same problems. On my PC and iPad I could see my photos. When I questioned just cloud about these problems the support team continued to tell me to check my iPad when I was downloading my photos even after I had explained that my photos were downloaded off my pc.
So just summarizing just cloud is a bad product. It have been constantly disappointed after 6 months of use everything that I thought it could be is disappointing for a storage aspect. Never reliable and never felt as thought my files are safe. Customer services only interested in my money and not solving the problem. Have better alternative else where!

Does not work - Ipad2 app
Cannot upload even a small video file. They keep asking me to upgrade because there is not enough space left. The only thing I uploaded did not work!
