  • One big ad for $50/year... look elsewhere

App seems just OK compared to STRONG PRO but that's where the greed kicks in. 1/ You can't even add an exercise as simple as a plank without paying. 2/ You are shown full screen ads that jump to exernal websites to buy shorts. 3/ Because external website use DoubleClick, this app is grossly abusing of your privacy. There are better, less greedly options out there.

  • How do you get worse?!? DO NOT BUY!!!

I have been using this apps for so long. Now it isn’t tracking calories? Randomly doesn’t update my calories for each set or activity. Randomly as in for years it did, I am a full paying subscriber, and today after all this time they removed that feature? And if it’s only a bug, how? How is that ever an issue?

I want my money back and an immediate termination of this years subscription.

They already have a ridiculous pay wall to include basic exercises in your tracing but the sign feature has always been garbage now this?!?

  • First workout - so far so good

Was looking for an app that allowed my own pace and gave direction through the gym. Going to mix in w bootcamps and cardio days. Was pleased to do exercises I’d never done on day one. Good written instructions. Cartoon graphics could be better.
  • Great database of excercises, frustrating and buggy UI

At first glance this app appeared to have everything I was looking for; a way to create and track workouts with a large variety of exercises. However the UI is frustrating to use. There is an ability to reorder escercises within your workout but the interface only worked once, trying to hold and drag on following attempts failed. You can’t move headers around at all. Some exercises are locked behind a paywall but I’m also viewing ads? I’d gladly pay for a version that actually worked.

  • Paid and still have to pay

Joined the app for 6.99 and have to pay inside the app to get rid of ads and add exercises.
  • I thought it would give work outs.

This is a great app, however, I thought it would give me daily workouts. It doesn’t, but it makes it easy to design my own workout. It shows you each muscle and which workout works for that muscle.
  • Great app!

I have a home gym and this is a great app for creating workouts that are productive and stay interesting. Been using it for a couple of years and have only ever had one problem. Developer was quick to respond with a resolution and been working great since then. Highly recommend!
  • Great app!!

Great app for keeping track and learning for beginners. I mean you do have to pay for most workouts but if your serious it’s worth every penny!
