Fails to connect
I have used this app in the past. Since updating QNap server and app, I can no longer connect via app using all connection methods. All log in and security verified, can see my QNap, but will fail to connect every time.07Jackpot

Now requires use of QID/ cloud service - direct local-only usage no longer works.
Phoning home should NEVER be required for me to access my own device on my own network.

Great app but last update crashed the download station
I've been using this app for more than one year and was very happy with it until I updated it last week. Since then the download station has not been working any longer. Can anybody from Qnap sort this out? A pity because this is a great app! Thanks.Winnietseu
Can't login with LTE connection

Stopped reporting CPU resources after firmware update
I finally installed the latest firmware on my TS-451+ and the application no longer shows anything for CPU and memory use. The firmware has been out for a month or so. This app needs a refresh.Jim15034
