Sound preview doesn’t work
Selecting a sound doesn’t play it.
Notification is not repeated as in PD if not acknowledged. It is a short sms like notification that is easy to miss in the middle of the night.
That’s so basic and essential that it’s hard to explain why it’s missing in a somewhat mature product.Le-camarade
Logging In is a Pain
Every time I need to log in again (i.e. forced logout for app update, new device), it’s frustrating to sign in on the app itself because it redirects the login to the mobile browser and then hangs on the app itself.KunalDutta

Using this for on-call schedules and it works like other reviews say but it’s not intuitive.
One of the annoyances I’ve dealt with is signing in to the app. If the app requires an update it will auto sign you out.
If you attempt to open the app, the app will redirect you to the web gui on your mobile device to login. Every attempt to use the app, it will redirect you over to the web UI.
The only workaround I’ve found is to clear your web cache and uninstall/reinstall the app.Show less“Meh”
Unable to login via SSO

My organisation uses Okta as SSO and I can sign into opsgenie in the browser but cannot find a way to log into the app.An expert user

The alerts basically don’t work they don’t go off when they do it’s soft and doesn’t ring for more than 2 seconds which is not enough to wake someone upWhycantihaveanickname111
