Problem with App
The app only worked once on my phone, i have delete and reinstalled the app and still not working, poor interface, poor maintenance!
Partially Convenient
I'm one of those few people that doesn't use credit cards, making this convenient payment method somewhat useless for me. Attempted to add a Debit Mastercard (which it recognized as a MasterCard) but the payment failed.
I like the idea of convenience but this app would be much more useful if it could accept debit/interac or better yet Apple Pay. I can pay with interac at my church, when there's someone at the front desk... Why can't I pay with debit/interac from my iPhone ? Even MasterCard/Visa Debit would be nice... both payment types used by Cineplex in their app.

Tithing Made Easy
I think the idea is really great and very convenient, especially with the recurring payments. Card scanner was pretty cool for saving time entering card number, might be nice to have it pick up expiry too. My only other feedback would be to conceal the web wrapper for the actual "Give" screen, give more of an illusion of a native feel. Great work!

Easy fast payments
Let’s me make fast and easy payments to a charity of my choice. I like the Touch ID for security and the ability to enter in a credit card details merely by taking a photoscan of it.

Fraudulent charge, terrible support
Got a duplicate (fraudulent) charge on my account when using this app, and the way they handled it was an absolute disgrace. After promising the charge would be reversed within a week or so, it never happened. Customer support did nothing but shift the blame again and again, passing my details to other companies who handle their payments, and spouting one excuse after another.
After weeks of poor communication and blame-shifting, their customer service people said there was nothing left they could do, and if I ever wanted to see my money again, I had to dispute the charge with my bank.
Now months later, and still trying to sort this mess out. Not a great experience for my first time using the app. It will certainly be my last

Awesome, waiting for improvements
Great app, makes giving so easy! What I think it needs is to keep all purchases in-app instead of shifting to explorer for payment confirmation, having to log back in again.
-Also keeping it simple, down to a 3 click payment.
-Have a link in-app to review the app, to the website, and for easy support link(even if email), and a charity suggestion post to add them. Thanks for all your good work PushPay Team :)
