Laggy and slow, but required to use it
Like everyone else here, I am required to use this app per the company FOM. This app is a glorified pdf viewer (and a poor one at that). As a matter of fact, I’d say that this app is dangerous for pilots. Getting a last minute approach change in IMC and having to re-brief with this app is nightmare, especially when it freezes so often. Updates take too long
Updates are required too frequently and take too long. Why is it that manuals update just about every week? Manuals update takes way too long. Update cycles should be synced so enroute terminal and manuals update at the same time.MGwa2020
Needs support for dark mode
Please add support for dark mode so it will go automatically to night mode when the iPad is set to dark mode system wide.Planefreak10
Problem with the iPad Pro 11
I used to get full location coverage with my iPad Pro 10.5 inch. Recently I bought the iPad Pro 11 cellular and it is only showing the location till around 2000 ft from ground up. Please issue an update and fix it.mu018
Ownship display is poor
This new version, with an X added to the original name, is not being able to reproduce the location of the aircraft as consistently and accurately as the old version. There must be a flaw in the software that causes the ownship display to snap as soon as the aircraft starts moving. The locations keeps coming in and going out every few minutes in the flight. However the old version on the same ipad did not create such issues.Show lessRafael Supersonic
Decent
Don’t mind the new update but I was extremely disappointed when it didn’t resolve the main issue I had with the app. It is still impossible to search within the saved flight plans. I have over 200 saved and it is very irritating to have to manually rifle through them all to find the one I want and have to do that every leg of the day!Show lessAviator_92
Still lags behind many free service
The app is nice looking and a small improvement from its predecessor. I do miss the two finger swipe to a new plate. Hitting a button in turbulence is a pain.
They really need to incorporate ADSB-in technology from Foreflight. The ability to have weather and especially traffic would be a major improvement to the application. The safety gained from such an addition would be great.Show lessBoeingDrv
Update for iPad Pro 11

When you send us new update for iPad Pro 11???
Because now isn’t optimized, at higher levels lose location(at FL100ABOVE) and some bags with approach charts...
Please do it quickly as you can !!!HAZRAAAAT
This is a mediocre PDF viewer
This app doesn’t really do anything but read charts. The AMM feature is interesting but not nearly as useful as the chart itself.
The chart annotation feature doesn’t do palm rejection so even if you use an Apple Pencil you will still get extra dots due to palm presses and even pinch-to-zoom actions! You only get two colors with no opacity or size controls. You either clear it all or not at all, there is no eraser.
The moving map feature is slow and hard to use in comparison with other less expensive EFB products.
This app can’t access any FIS-B weather from connected devices. And even if it did, displays only allow for METAR & TAF information.
If this is required by your workplace, I’m sorry. If you’re considering Jeppesen products, get them through ForeFlight.Show lessChristopher Richez

This app is slow and laggy
A few suggestions...
It doesn't allow saving of route by names which airlines often used.
Existing waypoints doesn't allow you to add notes such as frequency . I have to create a additional waypoint , add it to the route just to able to input a frequency into the note.
( it's a work around but time wasting )
The highlighter tool width is just too wide . Can we have a adjustable width and more colours and the ability to append typed notes?Show lessPanda polar
