App is superb

I’ve been using the MMT app for 7 years now and find it very user friendly. Easy to cancel too. Love this app. I’ve used MMT for hotel bookings not only in India but overseas. Before Covid I used MMT even for airline bookings until I found it didn’t make a diff because airline websites were catching up where prices were concerned and it was easier to get the seat you wanted on the airline website as well.

MMT is a scam!

I picked the 5 day romantic Kerala package which became very unromantic very soon. They transferred me from Munnar to Thekkady promising a candle light dinner in the itinerary but failed to fulfill it and their customer services had no clue. Then they showed a four star hotel at the time of booking but actually transferred me to an old 3 star hotel. Clearly they were cutting corners. Don’t trust these people. If MMT does not fulfill itinerary you can’t do anything other than writing a review here. This is why they cheat you. I paid 71k rupees for all the inconveniences. Don’t trust!

Closes itself

App was working fine before booking after booking my trip it closes automatically after I hit my trips on the app. Disappointed. What’s the purpose of having app If I can’t check my booking on the app.

Scam website and app

There is no option to delete the account and asks for too much information. Also it shows a. Retain price for flight tickets and at the last moment it says price has changed. And when u go back to rebook it keeps saying that the price has changed. Delete the app and APPLE should delete the app

Customer service unresponsive

Stay away from this company. Customer service completely unhelpful. Raising requests in app is useless, they just get closed without any comment or help and phoning the helpline is even worse. They had a bug on their website due to which I could not complete the booking, but they took money and never refunded me. Now I don’t have a trip and lost money

Unhelpful! Do not book with this company

This is the worst travel agent you can book with. They are so unhelpful and incompetent. The airline made a change with the flight details and the travel agent didn’t pick up the changes until I called and told there changes. It took them 1 hour to acknowledge the changes and when I asked for tickets to be reissued they said it would take 24 hours. I was on the phone to them for 1.30 minutes without a solution.

Dear, make my trip When I tried to reach out for assistance or express my concerns, I received little to no response or helpful solutions. This lack of support is unacceptable.
I had high expectations for my trip, but sadly, I feel disappointed and frustrated by the service I received. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and improve your services for future customers.

The worst app for bookings and even worse customer care. Please save your time and energy and never book using this app. I had a family emergency and tried to reschedule my flight and they were absolutely ridiculous about it. NEVER BOOK ON MMT

Lucknow to Ayodhya and back

Booked a cab through make my trip. Our driver Sandeep was absolutely brilliant. He was polite considerate as I was travelling with my dad and was extremely knowledgeable. The journey could not be any smoother.
We decided to see the attractions at Lucknow , after the darshan - exactly what to say told us all the relevant connection beforehand. Very impressed and recommend him unreservedly!
