Untrustworthy Platform with No Feedback Mechanis
I had a very disappointing experience with this platform. The most alarming issue is that they don’t allow users to rate or leave feedback after their trip. This is a major red flag for transparency and accountability. How can a platform claim to care about user experience when it shuts down the basic right to share honest feedback?

Their malpractice has us worried!
I booked an adult+infant seat for an international trip through Cleartrip for AirIndia. They gave the PNR and e-ticket and all. When we tried to access booking details, the infant’s ticket was not associated with the PNR. Only showed adult. Airline said it is an issue with Cleartrip. My infant’s ticket did not have a PNR but thankfully they could see their name in the passenger list. Consequently we could not select bassinet seat or infant meal. After 10 days of daily follow up, Cleartrip said they made a remark on the booking that it will be resolved at airport counter while check-in Worst, we could not know if we would be able to fly or not!. The airline staff was very helpful and took a lot of efforts to correct the booking. We couldn’t get a bassinet seat but atleast were able to fly! They said, of late, cleartrip this doing this many times because they issue the adult seat first and then the infant separate to save money! Apparently, we were not the first to face this issue so they know what was to be done and fixed it. YOU CANNOT PUT US THROUGH THIS FOR SAVING MONEY! SHAME ON YOU CLEARTRIP! NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I BOOK THROUGH YOU AGAIN!

Never recommend this website and fly a deal as well.

Okay but filters don’t work
My bank has a partnership with Cleartrip so I get discounts with my credit card which is nice. HOWEVER - the last few months when I’m looking for flights I’ve found that the Filter option to select/deselect nearby airports DOES NOT WORK. So even when I uncheck all the nearby airports they continue to show up in the results. This has happened in all the recent updates, always the same issue. Incredibly frustrating having to scroll through allllllll the options even when you don’t want or need them. Additionally the app freezes and crashes on the “Review Booking” page when trying to go back. So that’s annoying too. There is no actual app support for the app function itself, only for flights, etc, so this is the only place I can complain. And Yes, my iOS is up to date and the app is up to date. Please fix this.

Cleartrip is a scam.
After booking an international flight through the app, Cleartrip unexpectedly canceled my flight just two days before departure, citing an operational error. Meanwhile, my wife, who booked a seat later on the same flight by paying a 40% higher price, received a confirmed reservation. Although they assured me of a full refund, I was surprised to find that Rs. 5000 was deducted without any explanation. It has been over three months now, and I'm still awaiting a resolution.

I booked the tickets made the payment and never got the tickets asked for a refund they asked me to wait for 3 days where as i was flying in 2 days basically left with no option my money got blocked had to arrange more money to book tickets from somewhere else because they wouldn’t do anything
App not working properly
Zero customer service. The app has absolutely no capability to reach any customer service agent and just gives an error message saying “try again later” for many days in a row Zero customer service means a rating of zero but unfortunately, one is the lowest rating you can give is 1
Payment failed
I tried booking, bank account debuted, but site says payment failed..how do I get the refund..no support thru email or phone number disabled???
Poor slow app. No Apple Pay
Very poor app. Buggy. Doenst load always and is very slow. Also no Apple Pay support in 2022!!!
