  • Re-sequencing Accounts

    Re-sequencing accounts does not work. After moving them, hitting “done” summarily closes the app without making the changes.
  • Please add features

    This app is great for transferring money, checking transactions and the like. Unfortunately when I wanted to make a payment beyond my daily limit it appeared that there was no way to change the limit within the app (as can be done with the iPhone app). It would be great if this and other features of the iPhone app could be incorporated to make it more useful. Thanks.

  • App keeps crashing

    I generally have the westpac app on my to conduct my transactions. Past few months, I have not been able to do so as the moment I sign in, it crashes. Leaving me with the only option of signing in on my browser, which is not convenient at all. Please westpac, get this bug fixed ! Your agents have also mentioned that there has been an increase in complaints about this, with no clear indication when this will be resolved.. it is a shame to be honest and I hope this will be actioned..

  • So easy to use and they don’t make many “make it better” changes!

    I have been a user of this app for many years and find it very easy to use and access.

    With many other apps there seems to be this incessant need to change or upgrade to “make it better” which becomes confusing and makes you uneasy about using it, especially when it is connected to your finances. The westpac app has had some changes but few and they are well explained.

    If you are aWestpac customer I recommend giving it a try.

    Thank you Westpac for developing an intuitive and user friendly app. Account details are clearly displayed, balances up to date with plenty of identification details, fast to get to other information and quick log in. Having never banked with Westpac before, I am incredibly impressed with service, both on line and in branch and the professionalism of staff. I love my new bank.

  • Points Redemption

    Try redeeming your accumulated Rewards points, through the app. like they promised: an exercise in patience and frustration. Still got redirected to an annoying website, which was even less user friendly than before. You're obviously directed towards their preferred sponsors - ie. Myer/Caltex, or other overpriced direct purchases. Needed to 'search' for acces to another voucher that I have accessed previously. I initially thought that their prior relationship no longer existed. But no. Just far more difficult to find - obviously on purpose. So you've managed to develop a relatively bug-free app. that lets me pay bills and transfer money - yippee! - join the queue. Now do what you promised; plus send me reminders my CC bill is due the day prior - not on the day.

  • IT IS A PAIN

    I have purchased the newest iPad, and it doesn’t let me log in the full amount of numbers of my accounts or passwords and just says it isn’t in the system, yet, the other westpac apps work with the same number and password........
  • Love this app!

    Really getting up in age now and a few years ago one of my Sons gave me an iPad and said “Mum if you only learn one thing to do on this make sure it is internet banking. “. How right he was! I love this app. It’s so convenient- day or night- so very easy to use. I can’t tell you how often I use it. I am so grateful for having it. I can’t thank you ( or my Son ) enough.
    Would not be without internet banking now.....ever.
