Being able to pick and choose what I need is great. Relaxation Binaural with Tibetan Chimes is very soothing. I'm diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder and Depression. Sometimes I just need a relaxation break to get refocused.prpsrv
Use it every night
I sleep with a cpap machine, suffer from restless leg syndrome and suffer from insomnia along with anxiety! So what more can I say-I am a walking nightmare. This app helps by being able to layer some of the features it has enabled me to relax enough to drift off to sleep and sometimes even get to stay asleep. A very big plus for me.Show lessDraccarious

A must have for self care
It would be easier to list ailments I don't have. The two major ones being anxiety and depression. This app has been vital to my ongoing recovery, along with medication and therapy. I have severe and frequent attacks, when they hit I find a quiet place and start up this app. Don't have a quiet place? Pop in some headphones. It makes a significant impact on my everyday ability to cope. There are so many different bin beats for a wide variety of issues.
