    It’s a gossip rag, and a bad one at that. The stories always quote “insiders,” “close friends,” and “palace insiders.” All of whom are nameless.
    Stories are often cruel, relying also on body language “experts,” astrologers, etc. Grammar and vocabulary on occasion can be atrocious. Either this rag has no editorial staff, or it does have an editor-and that editor is 5 years old. Not a publication to rely on.

  • Instant Crash

    App won’t open at all. Been like this for 2 weeks. Have uninstalled and re-downloaded to see if this would fix the problem but no such luck. Applicable to IPhone

Or our Daily Mirror Newspaper E-Edition App which requires a subscription?   • Where has the X gone on the iPad version?

    A copy of an earlier review. You fixed the problem then; now it’s back.
    The app works fine on my iPhone, but on my iPad the X (which is usually the method for closing the story and is accessible wherever you are in the text) has disappeared, meaning that you have to scroll to the top of the story to use the arrow to return to the front page. This is annoying me so much that I’m tempted to delete the app, please fix it. I’m using an iPad Pro (11-inch) running ipadOS 16.4.1

  • Will you please stop crashing FFS

    Every time I use this app it wants to freeze on me, because as you get into the articles a million and one adverts starts to pop up changing the position on the screen and forcing me to scroll to find where I was. Then it decides to freeze. This results in me having to back up and start again from the top, then the whole thing starts again.
    How hard is it to fix this issue? It’s been going on since I started to use the app. I’m that close to giving up. Sort it out. It’s not the first time I’ve complained about this issue!

    Hi there, and thank you for your feedback. Our App uses a fixed layout for Ads, this means they load into set position to stop content jumping around, we call this our native article experience. You can however, Tap on a link within a native article, which will take you to a web view, this is our Mobile Webpage displaying within the app. These web views we have no control over at all, and are purely generated by our mobile website. We always recommend staying within our native articles to get the best possible experience. If this is not what you are seeing, then please use the in-app Feedback option in the "My Account" tab to give us more details about your device, OS version and app version. Please include any steps to reproduce and ideally a screen recording of the issue as it's happening. The Reach PLC Apps Team
  • Keeps crashing

    The app keeps crashing, I have sent many reports but heard nothing back. I have updated reinstalled and still keeps crashing . What’s going on.

    Thank you for your response I did email and got a response from the mirror and replied but nothing back from them , I use and apple iPad recently purchased and I’m still having problems, the app keeps crashing so not sure how I can take a video as you don’t know when it’s going to crash , most of the time I can not see comment section it just says opps something gone wrong , and can not see any pictures. Over a week ago I replied to the mirror reply and nothing has been heard back.

  • Can’t create an account

    Register via Apple, using Hide My Email, fails.
  • Impossible access

    Since the update, I can no longer log in to the Mirror app. When I try to load “my content” it asks me to log in giving three options which are: register for new account (I already have one) user name and password (don’t have a password as previously logged in with Facebook) or open using your Apple account (failed to log in using Apple) after asking for help from Reach their reply email says you previously logged in using Facebook please use that! Thanks for nothing! Total waste of space in the help department!

    Hi there, and thank you for your response. We are aware of the issue and it's down to some changes with Facebook that we have a team trying to resolve. In the meantime, you may be able to get a password by using the Forgot Password Feature (when trying to login), using your email address associated with your Facebook Account, and this will retain your account settings. However this process was never designed for this issue, so it might not work. We are doing everything we can to bring login with Facebook back, but it's not a quick process unfortunately.   • Worst Uk news app ever!!!

    Don’t waste your time!! Absolutely horrible app!! Never loads, and the few times it does, it ALWAYS crashes!! Can never read anything through and the categories are never in order.. deleting it forever!! MIRROR UK, YOUR APP IS THE WORST!! 🇬🇧 🇮🇪 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We are sorry to hear you have been having issues with our app, our crash free rate is at an all time high at around 99.2% so it's troubling to hear you have a lot of instability. Please use the in app Feedback option under the "My Account" tab to contact us directly so we may assist you further. Include as much information about how, and when the app is crashing, and the steps to reproduce. If at all possible, please also include a screen recording of the issues you are experiencing.   • Please fix the App

    Many times, the Mirror App is wonky, only half the screen is showing on my iPhone. The stories cannot be read, so I go onto another news app. What is going on?
