Overpriced and Always Late (if your order arrives)
This review summarizes the three years of my use of 541ToGo. All orders that myself and friends have placed are routinely late, and have had multiple occasions where the order is not delivered until an hour (or more) after the original arrival ETA with the order then being cold. I've called the restaurants on four occasions and have been told the order had been ready for pickup (actively experiencing this). Routinely the delivery instructions are not followed leading to the order being delivered to the wrong address and on one occasion, the wrong side of town. Lastly, the price is astronomical compared to their competitors, leaving 541ToGo at another disadvantage.
I would not recommend this app, or business for general use and would explore other superior options such as DoorDash or GrubHub.

Way too expensive
The delivery fee is fine. It’s the fact that they upcharge the menu items that are expensive enough! Save money and get it yourself.
Overpriced
Takes on average an hour to get your food. Items often forgot. Not to mention, they mark up the original price, then charge a service fee and delivery fee and that’s all before tip is added to the drivers.
