A terrible app
I deleted the cache and still not working. Uninstall and reinstall still did not do the trick. Frustrating and still a terrible app

No way to remove service address??
Useful, but not so user-friendly.
No option to save payment method, so I have to keep on entering my payment information every time I pay my bill.

Meralco Payment method
When I’m redirected to the payment page, a page pops up and says “your session has ended”.

I CANNOT USE PH Card dahil nasa USA nga ako. NAGAMIT KO 2-3Mons ok ang Foreign card payment ninyo then all of a sudden AYAW NA and the reason is FRAUD?

July 23 USA To DEVELOPER i sent u an email: SALAMAT SA PAGSAGOT: Nakasulat po ang aking concern mismo sa Review. Una ang CS ninyo MATAGAL SUMAGOT at walang masabing lunas sa bagay na sinulat ko sa Review ultimo ang head office ng Residencial Accounts under Jeffry Cochon sa Diliman wala nagawang pang MATAGALAN solusyon sa bagay na eto. Bakit ilalagay nyo pa ang payment card method tulas ng Visa o Mastercard kung HINDI din naman maayos na gumagana iyan? Ang suggestion ng mga sa Diliman ay PWEDE gumamit ng ibang payment method tulad ng Gcash Pay Maya etc. Eh mas convenient po para sa akin, amin OFW ang magbayad ng DITEKTA gamit ang aming Visa card. Kayo na po SANA nag magbigay tugon sa DEVELOPER ng App ng Meralco na iyan na SANA PAGBUTIHIN pa ang kanilang ginagagawa. SALAMAT PO isa pa po MADAMI naman reklamo na hindi na nakaka bayad online SANA MAAYOA nyo yan 3 star sige na nga! Noon una nakaka bayad onLine direkta using credit card. iLan buwan lang gumana at wala na up to now. Matatanda na kami mas gusto namin hindi na lalabas pa MAINIT. Yes, needs to be IMPROVED sabi nga sa isang comment. So please Meralco, paki-suri maigi kung bakit AYAW GUMANA ng credit card payment option ninyo. Kahit na gamitin pa ibang browser. Ibang LOCAL payment option tulad ng PayMaya AYAW ko noon. MADAMI SALAMAT AT SANA MABASA nyo eto
