Bad user experience,bad UI/UX

The interface doesn't show the type of activity for the wait time, can't tell either is a show or a game. Please refer to universal app design. Secondly, the home page doesn't help any, except for the lightening line portal. Do not provide with any important info, i.e, transportation schedule, station, ECV rental info, park info. The UI design wasn't simple and explicit to get information. Also,the language in ECV rental is so confusing. Saying " the ECV can be transferable across all locations", "pay just once", "take deposit and receipt to get ecv if available", so when I read this assuming return at where I rent, take the receipt to "redeem" the cart. But they are actually told me that, u need to fill the paperwork in different locations to redeposit 20 dollars to get another ECV. I feel so bad for Disney world at Orlando. Four zones But limited information and poor management between locations. I think the app need to update the written statement about how everything works clearly.

Get a card

This app have given us nothing but trouble from the onset. We eventually requested a card so we could avoid the frustration

Higher prices, but not an app that works

My frustrations with MDE have been constant ever since I held a pass starting perhaps a decade ago. The current issue I have outside of the ostentatiously and absurdly raised annual pass prices, is trying to upgrade and give this company even more of my money. On my phone or on my iPad, it makes no matter. Each time I attempt to upgrade, the app backs me out of the payment screen and I have to start over. There is no positive outcome. Honestly, it doesn’t matter. I know no matter what is accomplished on this astonishingly poorly executed app, I will still be directed to guest services to update a payment with a card I already used or some other reason in the system that my app is blocked. They hand out lightning passes like candy these days for all the delays, seems like they should just give out gift packages for time wasted trying to give this company money and the annoying processes it takes to achieve. So now will I even be able to add a reservation for a blocked out date even though I wouldn’t be able to upgrade until I speak to an agent? Don’t even get me started on reservations for the park, either. Did the annual pass holders in the pass not pay enough money on the regular being there 1-15 times a month? Crazy.

Granddaughters first visit

Had the best time exploring Magic Kingdom, we made memories together we will never forget

Expected more

I don’t find the app intuitive. The experience to add passes to my wallet is unlike other apps. When using directions on the map it doesn’t work like Apple or Google maps, for eg unable to zoom out. I was at a special event on the wait times stopped working. It is a disappointing experience and I expected much more from Disney.
