    Enterprise Bank is one of those local gems. They are truly a community bank that focuses on the customer’s experience as well as serving their local communities.

    From the Enterprise Bank app to in person service. at each and every branch, Enterprise gets it right.
  • App needs updating

    After years of using this app for banking, I’ve repeatedly received an error message that states the device has violated security policies. This message cannot be dismissed and the app is rendered useless. My phone is not jailbroken. The customer service rep says Apple needs to fix this. All other internet searches indicate the developers need to update the app to conform to Apple iOS updates. Please fix this! It’s happening with frequency.

  • Still crashing

    This app has been crashing for a month now. Seems there’s no fix in site. Called customer service and no fix. Disappointed.

  • Inconsistent

    Half the time the “View my Card” doesn’t work.
    Very frustrating.

  • Good for 2009

    App is severely lacking in terms of consumer experience. Slow load times, antiquated user interface, and problematic at least once a month. Only thing it does well is tell me how much is in my bank account, but that rarely even works.

  • Transactions post slowly

    It’s not the apps fault, I guess, but the bank transactions are “pending” FOREVER. It’s noon on Monday and nothing from F, S, S still haven’t posted. Using my budgeting app is much more difficult because the transactions don’t upload to it until they’ve cleared. I get that the bank isn’t open at times, but is that necessary for digital transactions??

    After using other online banking platforms this is somewhat cumbersome but useable. Took me a while to find the period character for dollar amount in deposit.
