Doesn't get prompt to sign in with Touch ID. Have to manually enter the password 😪😪Doesn't work
I log into the website perfectly fine, but this app doesn't allow me to log in.Enterprise Bank App
This app is garbage. I put my user name in correctly that is followed by a series of questions in which I answer correctly every single time yet, it keeps on asking me the same questions over and over not allowing me to be logged into my account. You really need to fix this problem it is so aggravating to the point where I want to switch my bank. It does this to me all the time im disappointed.Show lessNo phone deposits
This app does not allow check deposits via phone/tablet. Other banks have a much broader view of what "mobile banking" means.Decent app but needs a support forum
Accidentally typed in my password wrong a few times and now my device is banned, it doesn't say how long so I think it's a permanent ban. Please fix this because I need to be able to check my balance from my phoneNot for business accounts
Sounds like a great app, but it only works for those with Personal Banking accounts--would have been nice if they made that clear in the app description. Business Banking customers are given an error message and no way to back track or close the app except to force-quit.
If they open this functional tool up to Business Banking customers, I'll gladly give it another go, will probably love it and will adjust my rating accordingly. Until then, two stars because it does nothing for me. I feel they could have done a better job of noting it's for Personal Banking only, and therefore, my time has been wasted.Show lessNew app
