Tried numerous times to use app - rubbish - rang to book and arrogant reply - never going to use swift taxis again - overpriced and moronic drivers
Absolutely useless
This has got to be the worst app and taxi firm EVER! This does not work taxi did not turn up and when we called they said they couldn't send one as we had booked through the app! Don't waste your time call a decent company!

Tried ordering a taxi on my birthday (20th Dec), the app didn't let me so had to ring, so ordered 2 taxis and only 1 came and it was half an hour late. I thought they must be having a bad day but it was my birthday so I wasn't too offended.
On Boxing Day decided to try the app again and give it a second chance, but same again, it didn't work! Had to ring a taxi to take my friend home. The taxi quoted a price of £17 (already double rate as it was Christmas) which was fair, then half way through the journey the driver decided it was now £30 (so almost 4 times normal price) my friend obviously was not willing to pay this for a 5 mile journey and therefore asked to be dropped back at my house. He was dropped back but then the driver approached us both and swore and threatened us!
NEVER AGAIN will I use Swift!

Very useful and could be further improved with the addition of key places as preset options such as Highcross, Train station, etc.

Now you no longer have to wonder where your cab is - you can 'see' exactly where it is on your phone! It also gives you a full description of make and model including license plate!

Swift is 1 of the best Taxi company in Leicester with its pay as u go meter system & with a minimum fare of just £3.00. Book with this app as simple as 1 2 3, you can even track your car & get callback as soon as the taxi arrived at the door. All the cars are clean n tidy with a smart dress up drivers, so why not book it now.....
