Driver great. App terrible and unreliable
I pre booked a taxi more than four hours in advance. The Royal Cars app confirmed the booking. But Royal Cars only assigned a taxi to me 10 minutes after the pre booked time. The car that finally picked me up was 15 minutes after my pre booked time and this was after I called to speak to and operator. I’m not sure a cab would have been assigned to me if I hadn’t called in.Velann678
