Error accessing tickets on app
Constantly getting an error trying to access my raptors tickets and membership information on the app
Can’t use it anymore
Gametime was so fun and such an incentive to open the app. Miss it…But now..can’t open the app because my iPad is too old, so it’s frustrating…🥲

It is not very usable with errors happening again and again

Why did you take away in seat ordering for the 300s. My rating will be 1 until it’s back

No video playing on my iPad
Have reinstalled multiple times, but the post game videos will not play. The app ends and sends me to the home page. Very bad.
Much improved!
This is the first season the in seat orders actually arrive quickly. Past seasons if you ordered before tipoff you might get your order before last call. Also rest of app works as it should.
