Good detail
I typically use safari to follow the Raptors, however after downloading the app everything is much more organized and more accessible. It’s also really nice to have the score as soon as you open the app.

Chat bot for concession food would be cool
I’ve got access to my tickets, and food delivery is easy through the app. Also, easy to find any concession too. I like keep tabs on Raptors scores!
That said, a chat bot for concession food would be cool, or just amenities in general. See the Jays app for a good example.
