  • Challenging but Fun

It’s my first time to try an app for working out, and for some time, I find it working out great!
The videos are interestingly fun even though some of it are really challenging for me.
    Nevertheless, great work!
  • A great app

A great application. It helps me practice better at home without having to go to the gym. My body has improved a lot after more than 1 month of training under this application. Also a few more workouts like the ability to have sets and reps as well as ladders would make it the most versatile kettlebell app out there.

  • Great workout !

Great training. I worked my way up to advanced training after just 2 months and put on 5 pounds of muscle.
  • Great but doesn’t work

As others have said, I would love to pay the subscription and use this app. But every time I do I never get access to what I paid for. I have subscribed/unsubscribed many times in hopes to use this app. If they fix it, I will use it.
  • Beyond frustrated

I have paid for and deleted several times. Every time I do pay, and receive confirmation I get sent back to the subscribe page. Even though I’m told that I am subscribed I can only open the beginner tab. Ugh. Deleting AGAIN.
  • Not Free

This app is only free for a seven day trial.
  • Recent update breaks app

I bought this app two years ago and paid for the ad-free version. After this recent update, the ads are back and the timer will only count down 60 second intervals despite it being set to 30 or 45 seconds. I've tried restoring purchases and reinstalling the app, but it is still not working and is covered up in ads. The app support link does not work.

  • Great workout for someone of any ability level

I like the fact that you can adjust the length of time with any of the workouts. So far, all I have done is the beginner level but I'm looking forward to working my way up
  • Great app

Admittedly I let myself go. But by using this app, I'm sweating my way back. The paid version is worth buying, just to get rid of the annoying ads. Although it does pimp for more to unlock the custom and random buttons. Still the workouts are good enough that I won't need to unlock those for a good while.

  • Great workouts and clear instruction

The videos are great even for a beginner like me. I haven't figured out the recommended repetitions though for each beginner video, maybe it's there somewhere, will keep prodding!
