  • Overall not bad

I was first introduced to kettle bells almost 5 years ago. I really want to get back to the level I was at then. This app is good because you get to choose your level of fitness. What I feel I may dislike in the future is the 45 sec break between each exercise. I like that I could look at the tutorial during this time period though and still keep the time winding down. Worst part of this app is the instructors voice fading towards the end of every sentence he says. I get the gist of what he was saying though.

  • Not bad for a free app.

Just completed my first workout. I'll be 50 next week and am extremely overweight and fairly out of shape, but was able to complete a circuit without difficulty - winded a bit but did the full 30 seconds of each exercise in the beginners category. So, basically a solid app that could use some tweaking: the audio wasn't quite synced with the video and did fade out where I don't think it was supposed to, and horizontal orientation would be nice. That said, this version of the app was free, so nothing to complain about as far as I'm concerned. I'd recommend it to anyone just starting out on kettle bells for sure.

  • Love it

Great app, have used other KB workouts in past, this is a great simple starter for those looking to try something new, or looking for a different routine. Still using the free version but exercises are not boring and adjusting time from 30 to 60 seconds per is useful for days I have limited time or other fitness programs going.

  • Great Kettlebell guide

So I wanted to start using kettlebells and this app was recommended to me. I really like it because not only does it explain the steps but it has great videos as well. I also really like that you can choose the level of workout and the length of time. However, in the progress part I don't like how the only progress it takes into account are pictures. I wish it would keep track of your workout progress as well.

  • Super!

Love the app, I can listen to the workout and my music. No fumbling around watching screen for timers as it announces rests and time left during an exercise. Phone can stay in my pocket. My music plays fine in the background on iPad/iPhone at least.
  • Easy to follow!

This app is easy to follow and has exercises that push the beginner without being overwhelming like others! The routines have built in workout and rest periods so it's simple to follow. Each routine also reminds you of the next exercise is to be executed. If you forget exactly HOW to do it, instructional videos are included in a separate video section.

Really, well worth your time to download!

  • Pushy & Disappointing

I paid for this app a long time ago to unlock all the exercises. I just replaced my phone under warranty and I am now locked out of intermediate and advanced workouts.

The app also has super annoying push notifications that can only be switched off in the phone menu not the app menu.

I feel like I got robbed. Since I have to spend money to get a full course of exercises, I'll be spending my money on a different app this time.

  • Great at home work out

This is great for someone who needs to start getting in shape and start to live a healthier lifestyle. Easy to follow awesome app. I just wish that there was a picture of the next exercise while doing the workouts
  • Easy and effective

I really enjoyed the workout because of the set up and the ease of use with visual examples thru video. Short and sweet-to the point!
Definitely going to use this in the morning. Totally a time saver.
  • Kettle bell eureka

Good straight forward instruction. Workouts at least at beginning level are easy to fit into a tight schedule as they only take about five minutes. You will feel strengthened and invigorated.
