Pretty good, but could be better
The videos are clear and I like the front and side views. The light blue on app interface is distracting. What I wish could be improved is the workout section. Would love to see the videos during that, not just a listing of what to do and how long.daversity
easy to follow
so far this app has worked great. Its done professionally and the workouts are very clear and easy to follow. The beginner exercises are quite good but if we want to kick it up a notch I recommend the upgrade to the full versionAllrede
