I liked the older 311 app. I really liked being able to put an item on a map. Not so useful to open a website. I don’t need an app for that. Thank you.Coolynn

For the past few months, the app just gives a connection error message when trying to submit a report. When you are finally able to submit a report, it gets closed without actually reaching the city.Raddish8

Love the app when it works. But when you try and launch a category, nothing happens. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not work.i dint want to put a nickname
