App not connected to the server
The app is currently giving a connection error despite no issues with internet connectivity on the users end. Please address as soon as possible.Gatorman02
Can’t submit issues
I can’t submit any issues through the app. It’s the main reason I downloaded the app. Please fix and update with new feature. This app has huge potential if done right.
Feature I would like to see:
1. Able to pay bills and tickets with Apple Pay
2. Find local post offices, hours
3. Ability to view previous submissions and how they were handled / closed
4. Find voting locations and hours

Useful app, but there needs to be an update!! I can’t submit anything ever, it’s always saying “error occurred, saved to drafts” smhLord Hang
Connection Error
It worked fine the first months I tried it, but I have been getting “Connection Error” pretty much for every issue I try to send for the last 6 months. I just went back to calling. It’s too bad because I like being able to include pictures.PepperH2
Not updated for 3 years
Can navigate the app, but can't make any reports to the city with it! Crashes no matter if you're logged in or not (using my name or submitting anonymous report).
Contacted help at SeeClickFix and they had me uninstall/reinstall the app. Not sure how that could help if the app hasn't been updated...Show lessmikelivesintexas
Good when it worked, which it no longer does
This was a nice app when it worked. For the past several months at a time I go to report something it says that there’s a connection error, so obviously isn’t working anymore. Too bad, because it was quick and easy to report issues in the Houston, Texas area.Megamango
Won’t connect to upload reports
